I had a disappointing experience at your restaurant tonight.
My family and I jokingly refer to this location as "Gangsta Boo" because it's almost certain 9 times out of 10, that we will receive sub-par service, a delay in receiving our order, we know that we'll need to pull ahead to designated parking spot ad wait for the food to be ready and brought to our vehicle, and once it arrives, it will most likely have something still erroneous about the order.
This is simply what we've come to know, expect, and experience at this McDonald's.
According to your numerous adverse consumer reviews online, we are not alone in our notions and experiences.
Tonight, it was quite the same.
Your staff is typically, angry, bitter, and evidently unhappy to be there.
The young lady tonight was short in the way she spoke to me, huffed and puffed with anxiousness and an attitude during our transaction at the window, seemed extremely frustrated with her job, and honestly, I felt as though we were a bother to her.
This level of service (or rather the lack thereof) is far different that was we experience at any given Chick-fil-A establishment as well as the McDonald' location in Holly Springs.
I opted not to file a complaint about her initially, because I didn't want to get myself worked up and upset rehashing the nastiness in her tone and attitude with us.
The last straw however, was when I made it home and my medium fry box was only filled a third of the way (!!!!!) and the fries that were in there were browned, cold, and obviously the last of what they cooked for the night.
They were not tasty at all, they were broken half sized fries, and ad hungry as I was and for the fact that I left the comfort of my warm home to travel in the cold weather to your location, endured mistreatment and pathetic service from your team member just to get all the way home with barely any fries and they were cold and nasty, I am livid.
Additionally, we ordered a 4-piece nugget happy meal on a separate ticket.
The presentation of the meal was deplorable.
It was stuffed into your small, narrow brown bag that desserts of a single item such as a burger or fries is typically served in.
The meal as well as the large square size prize/toy box was stuffed in there (though it was nearly falling out because it couldn't all fit).
I asked her if this was a happy meal?
She retorted in a nasty tone, that yes it was the happy meal.
This happy meal was served with a frown and we are disappointed about that as well.
It was awkward to manage because of the packaging/bagging and was less appealing as well.
There is something about receiving the bright red happy meal box that actually makes you feel like you got the treat that you came for- a happy meal.
The way that we felt was more like we had been served crabby patties from Bob's Burgers...
What a shame.
I will also gladly complete the survey that is provided on the receipts.
Your staff is bottom of the barrel- that's with attitude, performance, and food prep capacity.
They are lacking in every way, and it is clear that you guys will hire anybody just to have bodies...
Read more[Intro] I'm not sure what is up with this store but I have been coming here for a couple of years, on and off, depending on the mood of the day. Not usually a fast food person but because this location is close by, I tend to go sometimes but it has gotten to the point where I cannot stand the service of the staff at this particular McDonald's. The wait for your food can be pretty wild even when it is not busy.
It doesn't matter what time you go through (although night time is worse) but it really does get worse every time I come back. It has become a dreadful feeling thinking of even coming here.
[The Problems] -You can 80% of the time expect to wait for your food for a while, especially at the drive through, even when it is not busy at all -Ordering the food, I have never gotten anyone polite in store or at the drive through. Through the drive through, you even get some employee who cuts you off while you are ordering, as if you are being rushed but seems odd because they don't rush to make the food themselves -There is an even higher chance of your order being wrong and having to go back in to get it corrected which you can most likely be greeted with an attitude -I had gone through one time and I had specified to add lettuce and tomato. When I drive through to pay, I hear an employee saying "I ain't gonna add no tomato and lettuce" then proceeded to laugh with the rest of the staff. When I got my food, guess what was not on it, the lettuce and the tomato. I had to go in and request a side of lettuce and tomato... -The food itself, it is ok. Temperature wise also, it is ok. I have had food from other McDonalds that do prepare the food with the best quality a fast food chain can do but this particular McDonald just never tends to give you a satisfactory purchase
[Conclusion] I do not understand what is wrong with this place and its staff. They must need a new manager or some sort of change in staff. It has been like this for years and it does feel like the place does get worse with it's staff and service each time I go back. I definitely now go here in rare desperate occasions for maybe a drink to use as a quick mixer before I head downtown but even that simple drink order took 13 min to get one time. Just an awful experience anytime...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's and I have had some pretty bad experiences. I went through the drive through at about 9 o'clock at night to get my kid a kids meal and a couple of drinks. Not only was the person taking the order very short and rude with me when I asked for a diet coke they yelled at me no diet coke. We then got to the window and the person at the window after a while finally came to the window and shoved a bag at me that was not even my order and when I tried to tell them that it was not my order they got visibly flustered and walked away. Another person came over and was rude as I was trying to explain to them what I was supposed to have. They then closed the window and started messing with the computer, I'm guessing trying yo figure out what happened. I finally received the kids meal and i asked about the drinks that go with the order and was told no drinks by the first person that was at the window. I was then informed that the store didn't have sweet tea after they had already put it on the order. The second person then came over and I asked why did they take my order for sweet tea and then told me they didn't have it. They asked me what I would like instead then shoved the drink oit the window at me. My wife then checked the kids meal box to make sure it was right and the sauce was wrong so I asked for a ranch then got yelled at and told you only get the sauce you ordered. I then traded the wrong sauce for the ranch and they put it out the window so fast it dropped on the ground. The person the threw the new ranch at me. WORST...
