Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Casa Grande

Was my first time coming here and it was for my school's fundraiser. One of the biggest issues there is the fact that it seems like this business does not have AC. It was so hot there that I did not want stop sweating the entire time they're. It was very miserable! I get you guys probably weren't expecting as many people as you were so you weren't prepared with all the extra necessary staff members. From the beginning it was terrible. Waited over 30 minutes in line to order food. Waited almost an hour-and-a-half to get said food. They have my pizza ready but didn't have my mozzarella sticks ready for my order. Was told to come back in 2 minutes and I probably waited at least 10+ minutes. The pizza was okay. Wasn't terrible but definitely wasn't the greatest, nothing special at all. First I started off with the lemon lime Gatorade from the fountain soda and it was very watered down. Then before I left I decided to get the Tropicana lemonade. I didn't take my first drink until right before I was getting into my car outside the business. Was in a couple minutes my stomach started hurting so bad, I thought maybe it was just from eating bad food. So I took the drink home put it in my fridge and tried to take a drink of it the next day but that caused me to have the worst stomach pain I have experience in a long time. I was sweating the stomach pain was so bad 😭 pretty sure there's some sort of bacterial lingering in they're fountain soda machine especially for the Tropicana lemonade. You guys need to clean that cuz you're going to get someone seriously sick. My stomach still hurts today and it's been 3 day now!!! 🤢😵 Pretty sure I got some sort of food poisoning from your fountain soda. Definitely will never come back and I recommend everyone going over to Throwback Family Fun! Their prices are better, the pizza is much better since they actually went through fifteen different recipes to find the perfect Pizza combination and the environment is so much better there and on top of it they actually have an AC that keeps the business cooled down! On top of that quite a few of their arcade machines didn't work, the employees don't do anything about it except for go talk to the manager and say that the manager said they work. We went to Peter Piper Pizza this evening to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. We were a group of 17. The place was busy. The service was fair at best. We ordered 7 extra large pizzas, drinks and 2 large dessert pizzas. We spent over $200.00 plus what ever was soent in the game arcade by 9 kids. We experienced 3 separate very poor customer service incidents. The first was when we ordered. The clerk called us up to order and then walked away to attend to another issue. I looked to the other clerk and she then left the order station. I waited about 4 to 5 minutes before one of them came back to take my order. The next was when I ordered the dessert pizzas. A lady walked to the order pick up area and told the man she was picking up her order. He told her "you gave to get in line". As she left he said they do this all of the time. I looked everywhere and did not see any signs that stated where to pick up a carry out order. The final one was after we were done and preparing to leave. I went to the counter and asked the same man for a box to put our leftover pizza in. He told me "I'M BUSY" and walked away. I asked the cashier for a box and stated that he is too busy to help a customer. She gave me a box. At no time was there even a feeble attempt to apologize for any of the poor service or attitude. I am retired from the retail sector where I worked over 45 years and NEVER once told a customer that I was too busy to help them. This place is getting worse by the minute corporate needs to check their cameras to see how often their workers stand around and do nothing (night shift) They are always so rude even the managers that work the night shift I’ve order here about 3 times now in the night and each time I had to complain because they either do my pizza wrong or never put it in oven than I have to wait longer I spoke to a cashier at one point of time who is always so nice to me she’s short never got her name and she apologized for any inconvenience that may have happened the 3 times well the manager or who ever where’s black the lady with glasses kind of chunky just rolls her eyes like why roll your eyes if you would do your job and not be playing around I wouldn’t have to complain and even a time a younger lady with blond hair or maybe light brown in a black shirt had did the same thing one night but now tonight is the 4th time in the night shift they get my order wrong &I get thin crust&i didn’t even bother to check before leaving because I thought my wife would have and usually I do but to get home it’s thin crust tried calling and lady put me on hold was on there for 11mins before I hung up this is ridiculous general manager or district really needs to step in because iknow im not the first maybe not even the last to write a ridiculous review because lack from...
