Subway — Restaurant in Casa Grande

Where to begin? The unclean store, the disgusting food prep area, and people from the lobby going in and out of the back room are just the beginning. We had to tell the employee three times what kind of sandwich and bread we wanted on a 6" sub. He cut the bread towards his open palm. He was distracted and not paying attention. The other employee was on her phone in the lobby when we walked in, and allowed someone from the lobby back with her. She dropped the pepper shaker on the floor and didn't clean it, and left the line during a rush to prep mayonnaise. The salad we asked for was prepared like it insulted the kid. They both seemed annoyed that we were there, interrupting their hang out time. As I was writing this, I tried the 6" sub. The bread was sour, and coated with a milky slime that smelled of dirty cheese.

This is the second and last time we eat here. The first time, food was mashed together by some filthy, dirty older people with soiled uniforms and salty attitudes. Tonight was disgusting and repulsive. The manager should be ashamed of their store...

Normally we go to subway on pinal because the ladies are great an friendly always fast service an have never had an issue with our order. However we moved closer to the florence location an placed an order. We ordered a tuna footlong and I kid you not there was so much lettuce that we removed most of it because we were looking for the tuna! So we found what tuna they had put on the sandwich and we are not pleased at all. I call the store and spoke with a girl who tells me on a footlong its 4 SMALL scopes of tuna and 2 HANDFULS of lettuce. When I tell her that's fine but I dont think they even put the 4 smalls scoops she said that's just how we do it. I've been going to this particular subway since the store opened... Never had any complaints till now.

This time I took a chance & ordered online (second time trying with first time a total disaster)... Second time appears to suck just as bad.

I ordered toasted... Wasn't. I ordered extra meat & extra cheese... Wasn't

Charged for extra... Yes but didn't get it.

Had to eat a cold sandwich with only half the toppings I paid for.

When I called to voice my concerns... Girl on phone got very rude & refused o talk about fixing situation.

Last time I order from there......
