Tree nut allergies are not like a dairy or gluten intolerance, they can actually kill you. Your chocolates are not a may contain when they do in fact CONTAIN tree nuts. Pecans are tree nuts, if you aren't sure, a simple Google search would tell you they are. The list of chocolates in the box aren't available to see until the box was opened. The FDA requires you to to list the pecan as a tree nut in the ingredients list, or to put it in the contains section (not may contain). Please see the screenshots of the FDA website I added. Additionally, it doesn't take much to simply say, " Thank you for the heads up, I hope we didn't cause any harm, or a trip to the ER." and I would have gladly taken...

We were excited to stumble across this family owned candy store. My dad was a candymaker and we too owned our own little store over 40 years ago, so this brought back great memories. The popcorn and fudge was delicious. We were bummed they weren't making anything at the time, but it was still great to see all the equipment and imagine it all. Please stop by and support this family owned business. Nothing better than personalized candy. Plus the little town was cute to walk around and beautiful flowers right...

The staff was incredible. She was friendly and very welcoming. The chocolates were very good. However, our main reason for stopping was to get some locally made ice cream. Make sure you sample BEFORE buying. Every flavor we purchased was EXTREMELY salty. I’m still trying to get rid of the salt taste. The cookie dough was basically inedible as it was so salty and had a rancid taste. The other flavors were edible but definitely too salty. Sadly, we were disappointed in...
