Tree nut allergies are not like a dairy or gluten intolerance, they can actually kill you. Your chocolates are not a may contain when they do in fact CONTAIN tree nuts. Pecans are tree nuts, if you aren't sure, a simple Google search would tell you they are. The list of chocolates in the box aren't available to see until the box was opened. The FDA requires you to to list the pecan as a tree nut in the ingredients list, or to put it in the contains section (not may contain). Please see the screenshots of the FDA website I added.
