I’d like to start off by saying I’m a very big fan of your product, on a day like today when I get out of the gym and I want to consume large amount of protein double meat on a regular sub is a great way to go. What happen today? It was really a very sad situation because the young man on the register was never trained properly to use the register. I had a number eight double meat add salami, and nothing but cheese, lettuce, and mustard..
I put in my phone number to get my points, I requested a military discount and all of this is standard.
The manager walked up after five minutes of me waiting and told the kid he didn’t bring up the order properly, that she was going to have to cancel that one out or I was gonna have to pay for the sub and then a second charge for the meat. I said just charge me for the sub. The young man at the register, then said, can I get your card back apparently we didn’t charge you.. so I gave him cash cause I didn’t wanna be charged multiple times on my card for the same sub.
He overcharged me, the amount before the military discount was ate something the amount after the military discount with seven something and he gave me a $10 bill and 2 quarters.
I told him this is wrong. He said oh, I didn’t have the military discount, and he just handed me a dollar from the friggen drawer which was still more money than the sub costs.. I said fine took the sub, drove away.
As I’m pulling out of the parking lot, I check the sub and it’s completely wrong. They added onions, salt, pepper, oil, mayo…
I walked in the store working to stay calm, because after three tours in Iraq something like this sets me off.. the manager apologized and then blamed it on the female doing the condiments. She remade myself personally. And I went on my merry way..
Why would a manager put somebody on the register who’s not trained to use the register. The jersey Mike’s on the east side does not have this problem.

We order through DoorDash because we have rarely had an issue with the special instructions for the order being incorrect or messed up. This time, the whole order was wrong. There was no attempt at communication before we received the order. When I contacted the restaurant directly, they admitted that they sent the order out with the DoorDash delivery driver wrong, they said they knew it was wrong and they still sent it anyway. Though they did say they would remake the order with out issue, they said we could come pick it up. Defeating the whole concept of having it delivered while we are elbow deep in a home repair project that we can not just stop in the middle of it to go “pick up” the original order. Hence the wonderful usage of DoorDash. I can’t begin to say how ticked we are, and down right disgusted at their lack of try to help correct their mistake that they admitted to making. We order from here often, however that’s not likely to happen again, anytime soon. Shame on you...
Read moreWhere do I start? The service time is atrocious. You can easily wait in the drive through for 15 min with one maybe two cars ahead of you. Every time I’ve been there it’s been an extremely long wait. I ordered a giant #17 ($16.95 advertised price) and a medium Diet Coke and was told the total was $24.89. “Something is not right”.
I pull up to the window and the server asked what my order was. I figured he got it wrong, so I repeated it and again he told me the price of $24.89. I’m thinking $6 for a medium drink? Cancel the medium drink and the new price was $19.85. Ok, I’ve waited long enough and everyone behind me is now waiting, so I’ll just pay for it (credit card) and get my receipt. The server gives me my food and my receipt for…$24.89. I asked if I was charged for the drink and “extra cheese” that I didn’t ask for and he said I was not and he didn’t know why the receipt printed out for the original price.
