Subway — Restaurant in Casper

The staff at this center street is rude . The First Lady I got she was especially rude says her name is Kaitlynn well I ordered a feast sandwich that I suppose they don’t carry anymore but according to the online thing I looked up You can still get it so anyways she was rude and snappy them overcharged me and she definitely Should not be dealing with the public if she can’t handle it I wasn’t rude to her so she had no reason to be the way she was . I called back after my visit when I noticed I didn’t get my cookies I was charged and paid for and al she could do was be rude again and snappy saying they are closed so I asked her what do I come in to get them tomorrow and she said “ I don’t know what to tell you “ so that obviously wasn’t the right answer for me because I don’t payout money for nothing and I will be going there tomorrow to get my cookies and I hope I can speak to a Manager or maybe call corporate because I’ve been visiting subway for many years and have not been to this one in quite some time but tomorrow will be the last time I ever visit this location. The bread was tough, my husband said I can't bit it i have to tear it. I had flat bread that was the same way and the ends were like crackers. Hard and crunchy. The soda fountain was running water all over the floor so bad that you were standing in water. I had a star lemon lime drink that I couldn't drink, it tasted so bad so I took a drink of my husband's soda it was supposed to be root beer and it was gross as well. It tasted so bad I didn't even know what it was. The meat on our subs weren't bad, they just didn't have many vegetables. It is the only subway I have been to that skimps on the veggies. I had about 5 spinach leaves we had a few very thinly sliced bell peppers and the same with our onions. And my husband's tomatoes covered his sub, but were very thin sliced as well. today my sister and i went to this subway and had ordered a roast beef sandwich, which then the blond older lady said “we don’t have that.” I then ordered a pastrami sandwich, she then said “we don’t have that either.” So I asked “when did you guys stop selling pastrami?”, the employee then reply’s “since we’ve always stopped selling pastrami.” with a splash of attitude. So i said “you don’t need to be rude about it”, because there was no reason to address my question with attitude when i was just wondering when they stopped selling pastrami.
