I just left the store with my pick up order. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. EVER. Not going back

First I’ve been to this restaurant 2 times before. Same card. No issue.

This time the guy server/counter person claimed my card wasn’t accepted and wouldn’t work with the system. I had to argue with him about how my card is accepted and has worked the past two times I’ve been there. He walked away with my card and came back saying the system isn’t taking it, and in the same breath said “do you even have money on the card” loudly for everyone to hear. I was mortified! Obviously I wouldn’t be ordering food if i didn’t. I told him to run it again. He replied “ if it doesn’t work this time that im gonna go take care of the tables and cancel your order”. He took back my card And what do you know. It went through. You would think that’s the end. But no.

Instead of handing my pizza pie that was already ready. He went to his tables and left me standing there waiting for 15mins.

I tried to call to speak to a manager to tell them about the experience. Instead I got the same guy on the phone. I tried to tell him questioning if a customer has money is very rude and he relied. “It’s a general question”. He claimed to be the manager and when I asked to speak to the owner. He said the owner “can’t help and won’t understand, he doesn’t speak English”. Also that there was no one above him to speak to.

Let me just start by saying that I've never rated anything, anywhere online before. This place impressed me so much that i had to spread the word this time. I actually found this place by accident because i ordered through Uber Eats and it was one of the only places open at the time. Every single item i ordered far exceeded my extremely high standards for pizza joints. Seriously. I ordered a cheese pizza, buffalo wings, and garlic knots. I had been searching for a go-to NY pizza place in orlando for years and i FINALLY found it, accidentally no less. The wings were huge, saucy, and crispy without being even slightly overcooked. The garlic knots were big, puffy, chewy, garlicky, and cooked beautifully. The pizza had the perfect ratio of sauce and cheese in every bite and was baked to perfection. They even put italian seasonings on it that is just the icung in caken every bite explodes eith flavor. The crust was foldable yet slightly crispy and tasted fresh. Actually, Everything in my order tasted fresh. You can tell that they use high quality ingredients in everything they make. The wings seriously eveb blew away wings from any place that actually "specializes" in wings. The best part is that the prices are more than fair for the quality and portions that you get. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and i can't wait to order from them again. Paired with Uber Eats, you just cant beat the combo of taste, quality, price, and convenience. Been here twice for carryout orders placed online and both times service and food was subpar. First time was lunchtime and we stood at the bar for 5 minutes without anyone helping us, while the staff member at the bar carried on a conversation with a woman already at the bar for a few minutes before asking us if we needed help. Eventually got my order and then had to turn around and come back because they didn't give us the included sodas with the meal. The gyro I ordered tasted OK but the meat was dried out.

Second time was tonight - I arrived at the pickup time for my order and waited an additional 20 minutes for the garlic knots, so almost an hour wait since order time. The restaurant was dead inside, only one table with a customer. The pizza must not have been kept hot during this time because my pizza didn't feel hot when it was given to me and I came home having to microwave my fresh pizza because it was cold. The pizza was ordered with toppings on half but they placed it on the whole pizza. Toppings were scarce for the price they charge for toppings, and they were very unevenly placed. A couple slices had no toppings at all, other slices had a big pile of one particular topping. Even the cheese was uneven. The garlic knots were also dry, and I've never been to a place that can mess up garlic knots.
