I don’t know what happened. Used to be able to get in and out of here quickly, friendly cashier had my order memorized, was a regular here for the past 4 months or so.
Went in one day last week, service was slow, they gave my order to the customer in the drive thru so I had to wait while they remade it. First issue I’ve had with them. I was a little late to work but whatever, stuff happens.
Earlier this week I returned. I was the only customer inside and wasn’t even acknowledged so after 5 minutes I walked out and decided I wouldn’t go back.
This morning I accidentally pulled in to this location (old habits die hard I guess) and decided to give them one last chance. The friendly cashier was working today so I was excited. The customer in front of me ordered like 5 dozen donuts and a bunch of different coffees. Instead of telling her it would be a few minutes, they get to work on her order while the line of customers behind me is growing. I didn’t say anything but I heard the friendly cashier say to her co-worker, “can you take care of them, I feel bad...” as she pointed to the line of probably 7-8 people waiting to place an order.
The lady took a deep breath, snapped her head over to me and said “What do you want?” I ordered and apologized to her for being an inconvenience. She didn’t say a word, handed me my coffee and said “Next?!?”

Read moreThere was only one employee working (male). I placed a Mobile order to pick up via drive thru. I pulled up & told the employee @ the speaker of my mobile order. I wasn't able to hear his response clearly, so I drove to the window. He was rude, stating I told you to just drive around but you kept telling me you have a mobile order. He then handed me the coffee & slammed the window in my face. My coffee was very cold, so I tried getting his attention by blowing my horn & saying sir, but he walked away playing with his cell phone. I kept blowing, but he was ignoring me. I then opened my car door & opened the drive thru window, to tell him about my cold coffee. He yelled @ me saying I am being recorded & he will call the police. I yelled back @ him saying how unprofessional he is acting. He slammed the window again & locked it. I backed into a parking spot, called support, when the police arrived. The officer felt how cold my coffee was & agreed it was cold. This employee should not be a representation of Dunkin Donuts. I have NEVER received this kind of treatment from Dunkin, until today! Read moreI have to say that I've been going to this particular location for years ( 15+ ). I've never had a bad experience. Just by playing the odds I should've had at least one. Shockingly I have not. But, for the first time ever, my daughter asked to eat inside. The attitude of the store. I couldn't believe it. The way we were talked to, shocking!! I thought I was in the twilight zone. It was filled with a bunch of what seemed to be, happy people. Not only that, they worked there!!! For our first experience inside, we now become loyal customers to a single location. I don't normally tip for pouring me a cup of coffee. This day I did. I'm purposely vague about my experience because you have to visit and tip yourself. It was a great and comfortable experience inside of all places, an outdated but clean, Dunking Donuts!!!
