Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Casselberry

This place is the worst place I have ever called. I have had multiple problems getting any delivery orders placed and they are always extremely rude over the phone. I called today and tried to place a delivery order.

We have ordered a few times in the past and I gave my phone # and address and the lady could hardly speak any english. She sounded russian. I finally got the order placed, she refused to give me any specials...The owner called me 10 minutes later yelling at me saying he does not deliver to our address because we are 10 miles away from the store and why would I tell the phone girl that we were close! I explained to him we were not 10 miles away but right down the street on 434 and that we have delivered before. I told him how to get here. He was yelling the whole time at me then finally relented and said he would deliver...the phone girl had given him the wrong address. Instead of correcting her he had called to yell at me!

I asked him what his name was because I wasn't going to stand to be talked to this way. He refused to give me his name and said he would deliver the food. By that time I had enough and told him to cancel the order and that he needs to learn how to talk to people and be pleasant. I have had problems in the past with these people. I do carryout mostly when i am close to the store after running errands or what not. Always rude on the phone and then when you get there nice to your face because they cannot hide behind the phone.

Saturday Oct 8th 2023 at 11:15 i picked up one large pizza. The dough was clearly frozen or refrigerated from the day before because it didn't rise at all. It was like raw dough with toppings. In the past i wrote a good review about a specific pizza i get from HH and it takes one idiot employee to screw up future patronage of their pizza joint. Casselberry location buyers beware...check the pizza slice before you leave...make these idiots remake it if its as i descibed...or better yet don't go. Ps i bought 2 pizzas from another pizza place before going to hungry losers...i'm not going to say it was from dominoes because that would be wrong( so much better then HH) my wife and son didn't want what i wanted...they made a better choice....

Placed order at 7:37 p.m., then it was on its way at 7:50, but did not show up until 8:30 p.m. I live less than 2 minutes behind the pizza place. I called twice, once at 8:10 pm, and again at 8:25. I even offered to pick it up myself, and was told "no, he's leaving now". 20 minutes later it finally showed up after my first call. Between tip and delivery fees it was $9.18 that I could have avoided by picking it up but they didn't want me to do that they kept telling me it was leaving now they told me that twice on two separate phone calls. I won't be using them again, Plus the manager assured me that my pizza would be hot when it got here but it wasn't it was barely warm it was more like lukewarm for a $30 delivery, one...
