Panda Express — Restaurant in Casselberry

Not sure if it's the fault of this particular location or corporate policy but it's absolutely ridiculous that you have to ASK for teriyaki sauce with your teriyaki chicken if you're getting drive through.

After multiple times of not getting sauce either on the chicken or in the bag I started asking when I ordered if they could put the sauce on the chicken and they said they weren't allowed to. So then I specified "please make sure you put the sauce in the bag" and this most recent time when they didn't include it I was told "you have to ask for it" and when I mentioned that I did (and asked for EXTRA because I have so often not been given sauce even when I always say "please make sure you don't forget the sauce in the bag") I was told that I had to ask the person who handed me the food at the window for the sauce because if I ask at the order window they won't know. The person who told me was also extremely rude about it saying "you didn't ask" when I VERY specifically asked - the person who took my order also didn't say "you havd to ask for it to be added at the window".

6/24: I ordered a firecracker shrimp bowl. I had to pay an extra $1.25 and wait an extra 7 minutes. The bowl had 4 small shrimp and barely any vegetables. 6/26: I took a photo of the issue and brought the receipt and photo to the store manager. I said the honey walnut shrimp (same cost and same upcharge of $1.25) comes with 7 shrimp. He said that the firecracker shrimp bowl comes with 5 shrimp, and the honey walnut shrimp bowl comes with 7 shrimp. We said we were shorted 1 shrimp so he would offer a 20% discount. I asked why there were so few vegetables, if you count less than 10 veggies, and he had no answer. I explained I was coming to resolve the issue in person before posting a bad review. I explained we had a business around the corner and order multiple times a week. The manager said the best he could do was 20%. I ordered a different entree because the cost of a bowl with a $1.25 upcharge is way too much for 5 shrimp and 10 pieces of vegetables. Note, the coupon on the receipt would have offered a free entree, which is more than the 20% discount the manager offered as a resolution...

Amazing food! This weekend I was craving Asian food, Haven’t had Panda Express in a while and never been to this location before, I been wanting to stop by for a long time and I am glad I did the food is so good and the staff is super friendly and helpful, the guy was able to answer all of my questions about the food. I did a plate with fried rice, sweetfire chicken breast, and the Beijing beef, with a side of chow mein, The fried rice is full of flavor with some vegetables it had like a really good distinct flavor, the chicken was tender sweet spicy and it came with some peppers and onions was very rich in flavor, the Beijing beef was the same it had this rich sauce with peppers and onions very tasty and delicious, the chow mein the noodles were cook perfectly with a bunch of vegetables that complemented the noodles perfectly. The chicken egg rolls where crispy the taste was ok but not my favorite, prefer egg rolls with vegetables only, the spring rolls where okay as well the taste and the inside it is a little to mushy for me.
