This is by far the worst place to receive help. I called more than 10 times, left several voice messages from different lines, but there was no answer and no callback. I submitted a complaint against an individual who is utilizing people in need for work and not paying them. Furthermore, he claims to be a CGC and has all work done without permits, resulting in numerous code violations. Unfortunately, I am part of the crew he didn’t pay. As we are supposed to expose this type of scam and fraud, however, these people are never available to attend, nor do they respond. Enforcement. One thing I have learned is that DBPR and all of these code enforcement inspectors' offices are only good if there is money to be made. I submitted this complaint to the DBPR, FTC, and Caselberry code enforcement. Nothing has been done, but if they receive a call regarding a small, registered, and insured company, they'll immediately engage. $$$$
