Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Casselberry

I came in on a morning I was only the second customer in the store. I ordered a Chocolate Chimp with the addition of coffee. Your employee notified me they accidentally added yogurt and I said not to start a new one because they were apologetic and I was in a hurry to leave. After being served, paying and leaving I drank my smoothie in the parking lot and was immediately hit with the taste of peanut butter. I immediately walked back in the store and disclosed I had a peanut allergy at the front counter. When asked if I had been served peanuts, which aren’t an ingredient in Chocolate Chimp, they simply said they couldn’t remember. At this point I’m starting to have symptoms of a reaction and the only thing they offered me was a re-made smoothie. No refund, no medical services called. I ended up missing an entire work day/shift due to this allergic reaction after administering medical treatment. This was the worst smoothie experience ever. I am not from the local area and just passing thru so maybe they only opened yesterday? We ordered 2 smoothies (add your own) and wanted 3 ingredients instead of two offered and were happy to pay whatever. But they could not do add on’s. Ok fine. We will order your standard..... two smoothies chocolate banana w whey protein. They tasted neither like banana nor chocolate. Never mind that we would have paid to have strawberries added. We paid $18 for two “cocoa and banana” smoothies and tossed them in the trash 5 mins later.
