Today at 10:03AM, I ordered from the Taco Bell App since I know 11AM is the time they stop serving breakfast. After placing my order, I went to the location to pick up my food. On arrival, no one greeted me, just an awkward stare from the cook behind the counter as I patiently waited on someone to finish my order. Eventually, I was asked by the cook if I placed a Mobile order which I confirmed that I did. I waited 5-8 extra minutes for the other young lady at the drive thru register to ask me the same exact question I already answered - asking for the name of my order. She says its not in the system. Honestly, I was very confused because she asked me if I was at the right location which I was. I even showed this young lady my order on the app and she kept on saying that it wasn't in the system and told me they couldn't give me the food I paid for. I asked her how am I going to get my money back because none of what was going on made sense to me. She didn't proceed further to assist me on the issue or even tried to get a manager to help me with the error. The cook said "We can't give you free food if it isn't in the system" and apologized but honestly the whole interaction was unprofessional and it felt like they didn't want to deal with my order. I was truly disappointed on the way things were handled since as far as I know it was just the two of them working. Then the cook said at 10:15AM that breakfast was no longer being served so that meant they weren't going to make my order even if I did pay again from the kiosk and as long as I have been going to this location, I was never aware of Taco Bell not serving after 10AM. I need a full refund and I also need Taco Bell to hire better employees that are more personable with their customer service interaction when it comes to these issues. Worst experience I...
Read moreCongratulations.. I'll never eat fast food again. Let me explain. Yesterday, June 11, 2023, my husband was out driving Uber and got us food from this location at about 1a.m. I had asked for 2 chicken Chipotle ranch wrap things and a 5 layer. I forget what he ordered. He told me that the staff had been distracted from the first moment and forgot the sauces, so he had to go back, firstly. Okay, no biggie. Well, he gets home.. we eat... me, kind of warily because the ingredient ratios in each item was way off and they burned BOTH of my Chipotle wraps! I had to pick off the whole black burned side of each. Then the 5 layer... it was huge, which was nice, but it was mostly the "beef" slurry. I'm not such a fan of it to begin with, but whatever. I only eat half of my food because it was so awful. But then, after going to sleep, I awake in the late morning feeling strangely horrendous...I take pepto, try to make tea, but the feeling keeps building. After an hour of being awake, the misery actively begins. I was on the toilet at least 4 times that first hour, and sometimes vomiting at the same time. I developed a mid range fever, chills, cold sweats, while body throbbing pain, completely lost my appetite, a near migraine, blurry vision and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. I've never had food poisoning before..I pray that this is the first and last time. I'm much better today, but I still cannot eat, drink anything but water, have a headache and occasional bouts of chills, diarrhea and body pain.
I'll never eat fast food again. It's just not worth the risk of sickness by irresponsible, miserable, careless or poorly trained employees and or their potentially corner...
Read moreMy experience at this Taco Bell is usually below average. I ordered from here recently and once again, my experience was below average. I'm mostly talking about the customer service. My orders have always been accurate and the food usually good. Last time I went, I placed my order online and went through the drive-thru. I was asked to come inside to place my order...during a pandemic. A pandemic where people rarely practice social distancing and can't do something as simple as wearing a mask. Yeah, no thanks.
Anyway, I told them I already placed an order and was then asked to drive to the window which is good because I would have cancelled my order otherwise. I waited about 2 minutes (which is not a problem because i'm not impatient) and was then "greeted" with my food and a blank stare. Not a single "hello" or "here you go" or "have a good day." Not a single word spoken. Just a blank stare. Can Taco Bell not teach basic customer service skills? I don't expect exceptional customer service from anyone and especially not from fast food but I expect at least a simple greeting. I don't think that is too much to expect. I find it funny that fast food workers want $15 per hour but I can't give a proper greeting.
So due to multiple negative experience with this particular Taco Bell, I will no longer be spending my money there. There are many other places in the area with better...
