Five Guys — Restaurant in Castle Rock

This place is horrible the lady working there was extremely rude. I walk in and I myst have stood there for 10 minutes and no one cane out they were in the back. When they finally came out she didn't even. Come all the way up to me she had an aggravated or upset angry look on her face and she say we're not open and begins walking to the back in a rude manner. Google says they open at 10:30 I told her this and that I'm confused she says look at the door as she's still walking away so it's hard to hear her cause she's far away and has broken English. When I told her this she says i don't care and went to the back. Extremely rude and unexceptable behavior. Loom this is a service based buisiness this is what we pay 20 dollars for a meal at a place like this. This place is expensive compared to its competitors. If you don't like your job quite seriously. It's not that hard to be kind to people and be respectful. One the Google says your open. Then you have the door unlocked which your not supposed to if your closed absolutely unexceptable and there should be some action taken for her behavior you don't have to be rude crazy I would not recommend this place if they have employees like this that treat their customers in this manner I've never seen anything like it. I was naturally upset cause I was taught to look a person in their eyes and talk to them and be kind no matter you dint just walk away from...

If you have deep pockets and bad taste buds this place is for you! Where to start? The service was awful. The whole crew was in the back doing God knows what. Waited and waited then finally a young gal came out to take our order. I ordered a cheeseburger, 2 little cheese burger for my toddlers and one hamburger. She asked if we wanted fried so I ordered 4 small fries and obviously 4 small drinks. Gave me a total of $78?! I was floored! 5 guys did indeed come out from the back and started cooking. Got our food, the buns seemed like they just came out of the freezer, cold and the bottoms were soggy, hamburger patties where literally cut in half to make up two on the regular cheeseburger and hamburger. Those small fries accumulated to half of a brown bag full of them! Absolutely disgusted we ditched the bag of fries and only one cheeseburger got ate due to starvation. So again if you have deep pockets and bad taste buds this place is for you!

Dear owner, I'd invite you personally to Eastern CO to enjoy the best hamburger/cheeseburger and fries you'd ever ate for the fraction of what you're sticking it to your customers. Service and hospitality a thousand times better than what comes out of your...

I was kind of annoyed by my recent visit to Five Guys. I had asked for my hamburger to be cooked well done and the lady taking my order felt the need to continue to tell me a well-done Burger makes for a dry Burger. What if my burger is dry compared to bloody or even pink which I don't care for at all. My saying when it comes to hamburgers and steaks to burn it if you have to. I absolutely cannot and will not eat a hamburger or any beef that is not well done. Like I said I just got a little irritated I know how I like to eat my hamburger and the cashier just kept telling me how dry the hamburger would be. To me it did not matter if it was dry I just wanted my hamburger the way I like it which is well done. Otherwise of course I like the Abundant supply of salted peanuts which I always take some home. Also come to think of it the dining room area had not been cleaned very well the tables needed to be wiped down as well as the soda pop and drink station trash was full and the counter needed to be wiped down there as well. So I guess this visit to Five Guys really wasn't all that great. Usually going to this location I would have a much different experience and much different things to say about...
