Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Castle Rock

Red Robin in Castle Rock has great food, fast and friendly service!

A few weeks ago we had visited the Red Robin by Park Meadows mall (we were going out for my birthday)We were sat by a bunch of obnoxiously loud teenagers. I asked to move to the other side since we wanted a quiet (or at least be able to hear each other speak) dinner for my birthday, the waitress was somewhat snarky and goes "it's not going to be any quieter on the other side, this is a loud restaurant", when I could visibly see less people and I could hear a quieter atmosphere on the other side. She sat us reluctantly on the other side.

We were completely ignored by our sever for about 20 minutes because we weren't ready to order right when we sat down at the new location. All the while, someone who looked like a manager kept walking past us with an iPad of some kind, not even asking if we needed anything. We decided to let the hostess know we were leavig after about 20 minutes because we hadn't even gotten a chance to order anything.

Then we went to the Red Robin off of Arapahoe. Gross! All I have to say is, it was pretty dirty. We waited for 5 to 8 minutes to even be acknowledged by the hostess, we were waiting with a bunch of other people who had gotten there before us and were being ignored to. We finally get sat and there is lettuce and crumbs on the table and floor. I said something to the hostess who also seemed to be a manager and she just goes "oh the waitress must have forgotten to clean", but the surrounding tables and floor were gross also.

So we ended up in Castle Rock, our waiter (Dylan I think his name was) was friendly, fast, attentive, and it was over all a very nice experience. From now on I guess we will have to travel to Castle Rock when we are craving Red Robin if we want to have a...

They sat us immediately. I asked the host for a booster seat instead of telling me they only had high chairs he just lied and never came back. We weren't givin any silverware to start. I ordered my a house margarita with a water. Took 10 minutes just to get my drink then it had no alcohol in it. And I never got my water. However our server was friendly checked on us got us everything we needed. Came back frequently to make sure everything was okay and he took our order correctly and went above and beyond to make our experience good except my water ha but then we get our food .. we ordered 2 burgers with side salads and fries and corn dog bites for our kiddo. When they took the order they ask if u want pink or no pink in the burger we both ordered no pink and made it a point to say well done burgers more than once because this is always a problem here our burgers came pink and mine was not even cooked all the way at all almost all pink I couldn't eat it. The burgers came on the same plate with the salad .. didn't like that they usually give us a bowl for the side salad. I'm about ready to just get up and leave after my burger but I'm like whatever I'm hungry now so I'll eat the lettuce in my salad was brown and disgusting and I can't bet it was above the temp it was supposed to be I'm a manager at a restaurant so that made me angry the lettuce was bad .. over all not a good experience... we really like red Robin but after several bad experiences we probably won't go back to this particular restaurant they need more staff and more concern over how their food is actually going out .. I paid and left I was not happy I've complained before and got treated in a negative way so I just left after paying didn't eat our burgers or our salads...

We went in during a slow time. Took about 15 min to be asked for drinks. Ordered onion ring tower. Looked good but the deep fryer oil was over due for changing. This gave them a burnt taste and darker color. 13 onion rings for 10 dollars, should be amazing for those 13 onion rings. These are not. Before the onion rings arrived we ordered our main courses. A scorpion burger medium and fish and chips. As sides we had bottomless fries and side salad. So as a trend setter with how the fried food is here. The fish tasted over cooked and same burnt flavor. No one to come plain to since our server was more into his phone with the other servers by the kitchen. We had our drinks refilled once. So 2.50 a glass for mostly ice of flavored lemonade. We finished eating as the burger was well done not medium. The side salad was warm and wilting in the hot plate with burger. And our server did not do anything just look at us then back at his phone. So I paid the check with the table service the light turned green and then he walked over Saif have a great day. We asked for boxes since clearly we had eaten about 30% of our food. I thought we can to a sit down restaurant so we could be taken care of. Not do it ourselves. If we wanted mediocre food and bad service we could go to the one with arches. Where is the yum, more like yuck....
