Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Castle Rock

We’ve been coming to noodles for many years here in Castle Rock! And the last couple times that we have been here we have been very dissatisfied.

I’ve spoken to staff and management about our experiences and they have assured us that they are making things better so we decided to give them a little bit of time before we returned tonight to have this meal presented to us. It looks like some of my noodles might have some hair from somebody’s eyebrow or eyelash.

I ordered tofu and not only was it burnt as you can see in the photos but it was also very rubbery in texture which took a long time to chew. I decided against eating anymore of the tofu and decided to finish my noodles that is when I found the eyebrow hair, the tomatoes are also not very appetizing as you can see in the photo.

The macaroni was burnt in many places as you can see. it didn’t have the spicy buffalo flavor that as advertised.

Live six minutes from noodles, I was there six minutes before the pick up time and it was ready which I was happy about.

At this point I’m honestly not sure that I will return to this location, I am going to try another noodles and Company, I really hope that this is not where the company is headed! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any...

I don't know what's been going on with Noodles these last few years, but our experiences have been terrible. We actually stopped going for a year or two and just gave them another try tonight. Our order was over $40 for 3 meals with extras like added proteins, sauces and such. When we got home, we realized they completely forgot our daughters milk and there were ZERO meatballs in her spaghetti AND meatballs meal. My Pad Tai, which I ordered with EXTRA SAUCE, was completely void of sauce but came with a side of approximately two tablespoons of sauce. Which was nasty in flavor and congealed. Between the added chicken and veggies, (the latter which was missing) the small amount of sauce did little to the meal. My husbands cheeseburger Mac n cheese, while also a regular like mine, was half the size and came with only 4 small meatballs; two of which were added as extra meat at $2. The potstickers were literally flat (this was new) and very greasy and the flavor was unpalatable. The whole meal was a joke really and ultimately, it went back and we received a refund. I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. It should have had tomatoes mushrooms cracked pepper, and spinach in the dish as described on their menu. However when the dish hit the table it was simply Alfredo noodles and sauce with some tomatoes and chicken place on top. I probably went back up to the counter to let them know that I think I got the wrong dish and was informed that the entire restaurant is out of mushrooms and spinach.

Had I known that they were out of those things and would have just ordered regular chicken Alfredo and not paid a premium price for something else. I told the lady behind the counter that and she just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The basic alfredo that arrived at the table tasted wonderful but wasn't what I ordered.

To top it off, you have to wait 30 minutes to be able to pick your soda on the soda machine because it's out of date and "on a list" to be replaced. Doesn't seem like a big deal but when you have five children with you, one of which is a 2 year old on your hip, It becomes a large...
