Service is extremely hit or miss (but mostly miss) at this location. The last time I picked up food was the worst of all my visits. I ordered online as usual for pickup. Due to the pandemic I've been using the curbside pickup to avoid going inside. Like all other times I arrived and called to let them know I was there, but the young teenager who answered said I had to come in and get my order because the order said pickup and not curbside. I mentioned the email confirmation that said to call when I arrived and they'd bring out my order, as well as the giant sign right in front of their door that said to call for curbside, not to mention I ordered exactly the same as always and this was never an issue. Didn't matter, the kid said I had to come inside to get my order. No big deal. I walked in without a mask (since I was expecting curbside I didn't bring one with me) and I walked up to the register to request my order. He rudely just pointed to the shelves that were within arms reach and told me I had to get it myself. Seemed rather ridiculous considering they weren't busy at all. Most other visits haven't quite been this bad, usually just minor mistakes on the order etc.. but it is obvious that the people working there...
Read moreI have ordered for online pickups at this location several times and I am continually disappointed. I order double protein in the burrito bowl and it is consistently short of what a standard portion of protein according to Qdoba website should be (4oz). Today was the most recent let down but by far the worst yet. I finally decided to pull all the chicken out of my order and weigh it, the double protein in my order came to 2.2oz. What in the actual hell? Just because people order online doesn't mean you get to screw them because they aren't standing in front of you while you prepare the order. Why not implement a standard practice of weighing out the proteins when people order, it takes hardly any extra time and it ensures that people get what they pay for. It would also help if you trained employees correctly...or maybe this is how you train them? You save a few extra bucks by shorting people on...
Read moreRetrain your employees. I wanna make a complain about this girl in the front corner taking care of the order with this other guy, the guy was nice and okay, the problem was her. I just walk in and wait like anyone else and when the guy decides to start taking my order she yells at him in a mean way telling him to stop taking my order and “help her”, we both look to each other and then to her… awkward moment and she just go giving a bad look to him and me. I’m not your employee, I’m not your friend, I’m a costumer paying money and I’m not tolerating bad behavior against me, and as a normal guy, I’m not just staying quiet watching how people undermine others. If I have a moment, I’ll give a call to the store just to know if I should continue buying on QDOBA or just use any of all the competence. If you are piss, don’t be in the front corner and pay your stress with other, AND NOT with...
