I don’t expect five star quality when I go to a sonic, but I do expect human decency and some level of customer service. (Disclaimer, if you don’t want to read the whole story jump to the very last paragraph)
I’ve been coming to this sonic for years and I’ve never had a worse experience than I did tonight. So much so that I feel the need to leave a review. We ordered two dirty sodas (which we have ordered numerous times), when we started to drive away and tasted our sodas they were horrible, so full of cream it’s all you could taste. These drinks cost us $8 in total (a little pricy for sonic but usually worth it), and neither of us were able to drink them. We decided to pull into a stall and very politely asked if we could get them remade. The guy who was on the intercom said “unfortunately there is nothing we can do since they are already made” to which we responded “okay, but how are supposed to know that it’s not right until after you make them?” He began to be extremely rude and short with us and said “we measure everything out so it was definitely made correctly” to which we said “yea we understand, but we’ve ordered this before and usually you can still taste the Dr. pepper.” Then, in the most rude and condescending way He said “well I don’t know what to tell you other than order it with less cream next time.” My jaw dropped. My boyfriend was stunned. I can’t even imagine speaking to a customer this way (I’ve worked in the food industry, customer service and retail). My boyfriend responded “alright we can do that next time but would you be able to help us out and just remake it this one time?” To which the worker turned off the intercom and stopped responding. The level of disrespect was insane. Sonic needs some serious training on service and respect.
We ended up going through the drive thru and asked politely once again for them to remake the drinks, and even gave them Back the ones they previously made. They did remake it for us but I don’t think it makes up for the way we are treated.

Read moreThe employee I interacted with was incredibly unkind and condescending. Upon arriving, I ordered an Oreo and Reeces Master Shake. The employee was quiet and then asked me to repeat it, which I did. The microphones can be a little tempermental, so it wasn't any issue. In response she asked "So a Oreo PEANUT BUTTER shake?" In an incredibly rude and condescending tone. After I completed my order and she provided the total, I insterted my card and asked if it went through. I recieved no response.
When the employee returned with our order, she was still short and unkind. I asked once again if the card went through. She glanced at the receipt and snapped that she thought it did. After we had everything, I thanked her and rolled the window up. In trying to get my order situated, a milkshake cup busted. Normally, it is not a big deal; it happens sometimes. The milkshake covered the center console, other milkshakes, my passenger and I. In trying to get the mess cleaned up, I noticed the employee standing there.
Rolling down my window, I explained that a milkshake had spilled and asked for some napkins. The employee made no comment of the request, insisting our card had not gone through and she couldn't leave until she had a card. My passenger and I, both covered in milkshake, tried to get her a card. The employee took the card and left. She returned a few moments later with two tiny napkins and the card. Wordlessly, she handed them to me and left. She never offered to provide more napkins or paper towels to assist. I felt super belittled, as if I were a nuissance for asking for napkins to clean the spill up.

Read moreJessica the manager is one of the rudest managers out there. If you want uncooked food with extra disrespect then come here. But highly recommend getting your food else where. She called the police because she wouldn't want ti refund my order of undercooked food and it being dry. All I asked for was a full refund on a order that didn't meet expectations. It's fast food but atleast cook ur food and keep your customers coming. Jessica (manager) disrespect her employees in front of customers which I find very disrespectful and stating her employees problems to the customers isn't professional. I come here constantly and only have a issue with the manager Jessica. Her employees even thanked me for sticking up for them because she is rude. But I will not allow this type of behavior anymore and I will speak up when u disrespect ur own employees. Not hard to do ur job and do what's expected of u and keeping ur customers happy. Hope this helps anyone in decisions of where to buy they're food. I did contact corporate and they are going to assist in this matter as the manager went to press charges for trespassing which she can't because I was initially a customer just trying to get a refund on a order not trying to tolerate disrespect.
