South Garden II — Restaurant in Castle Rock

I have been a long time customer of many years and brought many customers. That will stop as of today. I thought I would give another chance since my last experience was so terrible, and todays experience was just as bad, if not worse with the man on the phone hanging up on me. A couple weeks ago, I ordered the orange chicken that I absolutely love. The recipe was not right, bland, and even the orange was burned. I called and the woman who answered told me that's how it always is, and you're the only one who has a problem with it. I even asked if there is a new owner, she said there wasn't. This time, the man on the line was trying to find my information, couldn't tell me if the orange chicken was since corrected. I tried to order another item and what would normally cost about $25 was going to charge me close to $40. I asked if I could speak with a manager because I'm seriously considering going elsewhere. I just wanted to get my question answered, and wanted to order. He hung up on me. As a customer of many years, I am going elsewhere. So, so disappointed. I seriously loved this place....

Used to order from this place quite a lot, but today seemed to be different. They attempted to charge me an amount greater than what their menu advertised. I was originally going to just shrug it off as it was only $2 extra and I may have had an old menu so no big deal. The issue came when I was ready to finalize my order to which I am asked to order more. I know some places have a minimum dollar amount for their orders, usually around $12 and I was short on that by about $2 so I wasn't going to have an issue ordering a tiny bit more, so I ask how much is the minimum order amount. I get told that it's $20. I have never ordered from a place that required a minimum of $20 and I have ordered from this place in the past and have never even been told they had a minimum order limit until now. The woman who runs this establishment is beyond rude! My husband and I used to order from her location often. She started making mistakes on the order and when we brought it to her attention she decided to yell and argue with us. Even after that we continued to try to order from her because the food is typically good and we understand that people make mistakes however the woman has now refused to do business with us. I have literally never experienced something like this in my life. She yells at us and often hangs up before my husband or I can get a word in. She's so awful and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend her restaurant to anyone!!! Since writing this review my husband and I have gotten 8 calls from and unknown number. Where someone is just calling and being quiet. The last call I got they left a voicemail and we're speaking to each other in their language. This is unreal and so...
