The last three times we have ordered from this location the food has been subpar, when measured against the quality of food we’d come to love over the last four years.
I’d like to know what happened. Did it come under new ownership? Is a new franchisee to blame? We keep ordering, hoping for the quality of food to resemble something of its former self. Yet, we are consistently disappointed. Perhaps we are insane and just keep doing the same thing over and over again, expecting to get a different result.
This last time we ordered was the death knell for our continued patronage. The salad that my wife ordered can best be described as “revolting.” She has been ordering the same salad for the last 4 years and up until recently it was absolutely delicious. This time it came with black beans, that are NOT part of the listed ingredients and avocado that was so brown and pitted that I wasn’t sure if I should just throw it away or call for a hazmat team. Additionally, she did not order avocado. Lastly, and this is where the “revolting” adjective really comes into its own, the “buttermilk dressing” that is usually craveable was so gross that after my wife asked me to taste it, I immediately spat it into the sink. I then looked for the nearest ANYTHING food or beverage related to rid myself of the atrocious and seemingly rancid flavor.
Until such time as this Fuzzy’s location brings back the quality that we had grown accustomed to, we will not be ordering from or eating at this location.
This review is directed at YOU, franchise owner. You are directly responsible for the way that your business is run and the subsequent quality or lack thereof.

That is bull crap I spoke to the manager and he said no worries, I’ll take care of it, but then the bartender continued to tell his friends That I was overreacting. That is crap and I confronted him and I said you have no right to confront my situation with others and he had friends they were his friends and that was crap. I am not very happy with that. I am very disappointed in this situation that I am always there every weekend on Sundays and I order plenty of stuff and this jerk decided that he was gonna charge me for another beer and blamed it on me. It is not acceptable not acceptable. I have spent plenty of plenty of dollars and Castle Rock Colorado location at fuzzy’s tacos. I have even had multiple friends come and enjoy the atmosphere and this dude which he is a bodybuilder so he says. Very disappointing that he would charge me for another beer that I had already purchased and accidentally spilled from my son. Read moreI have been going to this location for years… but it seems to be going rapidly downhill. My experience this evening will keep me from coming back for a very long time. We ordered chips and queso. The queso was cold… Not awesome.
We downtown When they brought us our food, they brought me the wrong salad dressing. Thankfully, I had tasted it before dumping it on my salad. When I went to the kitchen to ask for a replacement, the guy argued with me insisting that the dressing was correct. I had to ask him three times before he finally believed me and gave me the correct dressing. I held them both in front of him and the noticeable color difference was obvious.
We began to eat our meal. The first thing I noticed was that the brisket in my salad was so salty it was barely edible. I pulled a piece of the brisket out and ate it plain. It was saltier than the saltiest beef jerky I have ever had. I let my son taste it. He spit it out into a napkin. He had ordered a steak burrito. After his first bite, he said… Ha… This burrito is cold.
I am not sure what is going on… Perhaps the manager has changed? I go to fuzzies in Colorado Springs all the time and it is always excellent. Something is wrong with this location. Last time I visited this location and ordered a salad, they told me they had no salad. It seems that there is definitely a manager issue.
