Starbucks — Restaurant in Castle Rock

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Starbucks. The staff was incredibly rude, discriminatory, and unprofessional. They lied to me, claiming that starting Monday, customers can no longer sit in Starbucks without ordering something, nor can they have complimentary water. This policy sounded suspiciously targeted, and the way they communicated it felt extremely unfair and downright racist.

No one deserves to be treated like this, especially in a space that advertises itself as being welcoming to all. The lack of respect and the discrimination I experienced here was appalling. Starbucks should be held accountable for such behavior, and the staff needs serious training in customer service and sensitivity.

I ordered a drink with coconut milk because I can’t tolerate lactose. The drink was smothered with whipped cream. When I asked the girl to remake it, I saw her simply scrape the whip off with a spoon and hand it back to me. Now not only is my drink still tainted with a milk product, it’s not a full cup. I drive around again (because I didn’t want to hold up the line) and went straight to the window. When I asked her again to remake it, she gave me sass about not stopping at the ordering menu. Starbucks does a great job of delivering a consistent product. I rate this location 3 stars because of the drive through. It wraps around a Qdoba next door and can have a huge line of people. I made the mistake of joining the line to realize the 8 cars in front of me would take about 15 minutes to clear through. If you are in a hurry, the drive through is definitely not for you.

On a positive note, with this location being next to the Factory Outlet stores, there is plenty of parking! This location is no different than any...
