I just returned from France and googled where I could find items similar to my favorite boulangerie, Maison Keyser. I was so surprised to know that the ONLY place in the US carrying Chef Keyser’s items was in Castle Rock in a newly opened storefront in King Soopers. I decided to go and see what items they had-fully expecting a couple of croissants and baguettes. Wow am I excited-I came home with a baguette, croissants, pain du chocolat, 2 types of cookies and sourdough. After sampling a big of each, I can confirm it’s the real deal. Read moreI decided to check this place out. It was difficult getting service. They had Custard Tart (signs) and Nut and Chocolate Tart (signs) in front of the Nut and Chocolate Tarts. After trying to find out what the difference was since they looked the same, I determined that the signs were incorrectly placed.
