I come to this Starbucks nearly every morning and usually it’s great but this morning made me so upset that I’m writing a review.. which I typically wouldn’t waste my time on. They were overwhelmed with DoorDash orders but I believe the customers in store should be priority!! I watched the red headed barista make my drink and she didn’t put a triple shot in it - so when she handed it to me I asked, ‘is my triple shot in there?’ And she bare face lied to me and said yes when the drink was white as could be. I wasn’t going to contest her in the middle of a busy store - how awkward? So now I’m drinking iced almond milk with cold foam and syrup for a wopping $10 I tried calling the store directly and they literally picked up the phone and hung...

Love love this location!!! Pull up through the drive through where I was pleasantly greeted as usual. Placed my order and was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso… I said yes!!! I heard someone in the back Hooten and hollering that I got the upgrade as they must have been doing a competition. I laughed the gal taking my order giggled it was a great way to start my day!
