I'm not a regular patron of Subway. But I have visited this location twice in the last month. There are a bunch of kids running the place and they have NO idea of the definition of "customer service." The first time I went, there was nobody at the front of the line to take my order, so I moved down to the next person who was helping someone else at the time. When he finished, he informed me I would have to go back to the beginning. Two other people were in line behind me now and nobody said (since I was already in line), we'll take your order now. I had to go to the BACK of the line even though I had been standing there 10 minutes! The two cowardly men standing behind me said nothing. And to top it off, I was with a disabled teen! So, the second time, I went with another disabled adult (as I am a caregiver) and we had a coupon that reads (and I am looking at the coupon as I write, exactly as it is written) "Buy ANY 6" sub and ANY drink and get a 6" sub of equal or lesser price FREE!" That is how the words are capitalized and everything. We presented this coupon and the 18 yr. old at the register says that it doesn't apply to "premium" sandwiches which was apparently what we ordered. We both ordered Turkey Avocado 6" subs. I told him that the coupon says ANY with no exceptions listed. He would not honor the coupon. I asked for the Manager and guess what? HE was it! UNBELIEVABLE! So, I told him I would NEVER patronize this business again and I would write the District and Corporate offices as well as post this review on EVERY website I could find. Read morelousiest Subway I’ve ever been to including other states, we asked for protein bowls, the girl said they had no bowls, so they were served in salad containers which held way smaller portions, she never mentioned a discount or compensation even though we received way less amount for the full price that we paid, they were two steak and cheese bowls that we ordered, then she said there was only beef for one, that there was only one last portion left, after we made some pressure and questioned, the girl went to the back and brought one of the regular container they use full of beef steak and replaced the empty one, she said that it was supposed to be for the following day😳( it was around 4pm) then she forgot to put cheese on them, and she put it after heating the meat so the cheese was place cold on the top, at that point we were just crazy to eat our food and leave, but then she had no forks so we finally ended up eating our salad with a spoon and knife, but whatever, we were starving, we had to seat where it was still dry because one of the boys was mopping the floor, maybe they close early in the day because it was around 4 pm, he was clearly upset because we interrupted his cleaning to take a seat. Good thing we were only visiting Castle Rock, we travel a lot and always go to Subways in different states, and they are always nice, but not this one, never going back to this...
Read moreWe waited 20 minutes to get our food because management thinks having one person on at dinner is an intelligent thing to do. Was just trying to get a quick bite to eat before my husband had to go back to work. I don't blame the girl behind the counter, even though when we ordered a chicken bacon ranch she tried to put the chicken on the bread before cutting it and then forgot the bacon until she was reminded, which was slightly annoying but I mean she's all alone with a line of people at dinner so she's obviously overwhelmed (or stoned, either way) I blame the store managers/owner. So she toasts the chicken bacon ranch, we get the food and sit. After 20 minutes standing in line for what we thought was going to be a quick dinner, we sit down and the chicken is frozen. Even after being toasted (maybe because she toasted it the regular amount of time? But still if what you have isn't servable just TELL ME so I can order something else or leave and not waste my time). Since we weren't going to eat a frozen sandwich, nor wait another 20 minutes to get our money back when there's a huge line of people, we threw the sandwich out and left. This isn't the first time we had a long wait either. Never going back again. Find people who know how to run a store or sell it and close. I feel bad...
