This is literally the most romantic and wonderful experience I've ever had at a humbly owned small winery! My husband and I happened upon it while visiting in Colorado. Not only was the barkeep incredibly knowledgeable but also they gave us a tour of the back room when we told them it was our special night. We saw how they formed the corks and fermented the wines and he explained in detail and passionately their process. Incredibly wonderful conversation and we met a lot of the regulars. Waitress was very kind, but not very attentive and sat on the couch eating Culver’s with another coworker the majority of our time there. We each ordered wine flights, 3 of which tasted spoiled.
