It's a review of the integrity of the company for what it presents its customers. The people are nice. The pizza is good. And they did try to compensate me today with a free dessert, which was kind but not the point. The issue is with integrity of the app and ordering system and what they do and do not communicate. I don't know the underlying programming or thought process, but I don't like it. Sequence of events: 6:01 order placed; 6:10 order thru steps made, oven, inspected, and ready; 6:15 arrive for car side delivery, mark Here in the app, and put on my hazards; 6:20 I text Here in case the app wasn't working; 6:23 I get sick of waiting and go into the store; 6:25 after employee tells me pizzas aren't ready, manager tells me there was a problem with my order and they were remaking it, evidenced by the yell I heard to her team to remake it since she had just looked at it; implication is that they did not inspect before 6:10 as stated or anytime between 6:15 and 6:23 when the pizza should have already been brought to me. It only took them a few minutes to finish and the pizza was good. All said, I waited about an extra 15 minutes for my order. Small cost to me. But here's the rub. I can recall 0 instances in the last 2-3 years where I have been at any Domino's store within 0-5 minutes of being notified that my is ready that it has actually been ready; sample size 20. It's simple. Don't tell me it's ready until it's ready and also don't tell me you inspect it unless you actually do. I am probably done with Domino's. Too many other options for good pizza where I don't have to get lied to. Every. Single. Time. Even if the lie only costs me a...
I had a horrible experience with this location today. It’s even worse that the manager on duty, Jake he says his name was, was also getting his employees to hang up the phone on me. We placed an order for two Pizzas and an order of chicken. This was at 5:30 PM. At 6:15 I got a notification saying the delivery was on the way. At 6:30 the delivery time updated. At 6:40 it updated again. I called the store to see what was going on and they said the orders got mixed up and our order was on its way. About 10 minutes later the order showed up, cold, and missing one of two pizzas. I called the store back and spoke to a very disrespectful female on the phone and asked to speak to the manager. Jake answered and I asked for a refund for the ruined order which we had not touched. He said no there’s nothing they can do and hung up. I called back and spoke to him again and asked him to cancel the order and refund me and he can have his pizzas back, and he said “fine canceled“ and hung up. I called back to see what that meant, if I would be getting a refund , and he just hung up on me. I called back several times and every time he just kept hanging up the phone. At one point another employee answered the phone and I could hear him in the background saying to hang up on me. Read moreMy family ordered delivery, after we waited and the order was on it was it said delivered but after going to our door we had revised nothing we called the store and were told the driver made a mistake and pressed delivered but was still on the way so we said okay we’ll wait. After another 30 minutes we get another email saying delivered and we still had not received anything. We called again and then were told he delivered to the wrong address by flipping out apartment numbered despite it being correctly put it. The manager Daniel was not apologetic and said he’d put it in the oven now and get it delivered. We said that’s it? Because we expected after waiting an hour and a half for pizza we’d be told sorry and offered a refund or a coupon or a free pizza next time but none of that happened.
