Great place to grab a quick bite or your favorite Starbucks beverage. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. They are always working tirelessly. It's a busy Starbucks especially since it sits outside on the opposite side of the large parking lot of the only Target store and only Trader Joe's for miles. Comfortable enough indoors with plenty of seating including a nice communal table in front. Restroom is clean. There are always boxes of inventory stacked neatly up against the wall between the main area and the restroom. That long corridor just seems like a waste of prime space. Maybe give this store a remodel and give them some much needed storage space and a better layout of their workspace. I guess that's why I would say it's not a Starbucks to go and spend much time indoors at. This is definitely the grab and go type. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Lots of free parking. No outdoor seating. Busy drive-through. Great staff. Very clean. My beverages and food have always been great and exactly...

I 100% quit Starbucks. Sold out on most breakfast sandwiches at 10am. Stuck in the drive thru for no reason.
-poor management -lack of consistent quality.
This review is for the breakfast burrito. I realize this is the last place to get a good breakfast burrito in Coachella valley but I have stars to redeem and I was hungry and I didn’t want a brekkie sandwich.
The bad: dried out tortilla on the wrapped part that wasn’t touching the eggs. it was cardboard. The bacon is literally squiggy and not a bit crisp. So gross. Everything tastes exactly the same. Like bland potato.
This review won’t make it to the corporate kitchen but to improve the Starbucks version of a breakfast burrito perhaps remove the bacon and add some of the savory sauces that you use on the other types of items on your menu. This thing needs an overhaul.
How did this pass the test kitchen?
The good: The extra two stars are for a quick drive thru and friendly service by a couple of the gals who...
Read moreDrive thru. The cup was so full the lid did not close and the Frappuccino was dripping on her hand as she handed it quickly out the window. As I waited for my other drink, I set it on the window sill and tried to use my own napkins to clean it, the sill, and my hands. When she opened the window I asked if she could fix this and she shoved the lid on, slung the excess from her hands and handed me a filthy cup. It got inside and outside of my car. She did hand me the napkin she used tho...how kind. My car had just been washed at the wash next door. I had to literally turn around and wash it again. I had to clean the inside cup holder. My clothes had coffee all over them. She saw all this and closed the window and walked away. I go to Starbucks about 2 to 3 times per week and have never been treated like that. This location needs some training. By the way, I have always tipped. Today, I spent the tip...
