McDonald's — Restaurant in Catonsville

I come here all the time because my daughter likes their hot cakes which are normally sold all day. Yesterday, after waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, the young man told me that pancakes were not sold after 1030, even after I told him multiple times that I come there all the time and they serve pancakes all day, he reassured me I was wrong. I reluctantly got out the drive-thru line and called inside. Whomever answered the phone told me that pancakes were sold all day and apologized I was given the wrong info. So I circled back around and this time decided to go inside. The store employer said she would not be able to take my order without a mask, now from my understanding this is not McDonald's policy now that restrictions have been lifted in Baltimore County. Another lady did come out and take my order and gave me my food. My problem is that employees can't dictate which rules of McDonald's it wants to follow. If masks are required and that's McDonald's policy they need to say that, but different employees can't decide whether they want to follow it or not. Very disappointed in...

Went to this McDonald’s on 7/20/25, used my mobile app at the first window for a free fry with any soft drink. Didnt give me a receipt and pulled up to the next window to ask for my food. Claimed they didn’t have an order and asked for my receipt. I asked them to print out another one because I was never given one after being told multiple times I was wrong and after having printed out the receipt the gentlemen realized there was a coke on the receipt. All to give me just a coke after telling me I didn’t order it but paid for it but no free fry. Claimed the girl didn’t scan the mobile app but i was no longer allowed to use a deal because that was the one used. Then proceeded to call the cops because I waited at the window for the fries I had paid for… first tell you your wrong and they don’t know what your talking about, then realize their wrong and still not make up for the mistake. Horrible service and on top of everything all the drinks were flat. The gentlemen working that night deserves to be fired after finally pulling out my phone to record the situation then...

If I can give them a 0 I would. Time is 1:50 AM 24-08-17. I was told they do not make anything other than large items and only items 1-10 ( which was breakfast) . A rude young lady that claims she is over night manger wouldn't allow me to buy a small fries. She did not want to give me her name nor did she want to give me the store number. She just told me the number is on the window ( which was on the inside so I couldn't see) and closed the window with one even letting me finish speak. This is not the first time I had a bad experience at this location. I went the the other McDonald's and got my order with no problem. I asked the worker about what I was told at this location and he said they always do whatever they want, they are always rude and it all depends...
