Today on September 17 at 10:07 I pulled in into the drive-through and kept trying to get somebody’s attention. There was nobody else in line. I waited till 1017 to finally drive up to the window to give them my order and see what was going on after repeatedly saying hello multiple times before. Once I got to the window, I told the employee that I had been waiting. She rudely told me that I wasn’t waiting for too long and walked away didn’t even take my order or anything then I waited three more minutes for them to come in. Take my order. I ordered two orders of the two for three biscuits I told them and clarified that I specifically only needed four biscuits in total then they told me to park to the side from 10:17. I waited until 10:36 to receive the food when I noticed that They had given me eight total biscuits I asked for the receipt because I was never handed it. Once I got the receipt, I saw that they had charged me for four orders of the two for three. I told the lady that they had gotten my order wrong and I did not order this many biscuits and would like a refund. She said that she had to get the manager and she wouldn’t be able to take the food back shortly after that she came back to tell me that I would need to give her the food back which was fine. I didn’t need eight biscuits when I had just ordered for four I gave them back to her. I waited for the manager to come back and give me the change When the manager walked out. It was the same lady that had told me I hadn’t waited for too long, so then tell me that I had ordered eight of those biscuits which I responded to ma’am I clarified saying, I only needed four total biscuits. She gave me a mean face. Horrible customer service. They don’t know how to listen nor do they know to apologize when they have done wrong. Read moreI don’t know why I keep trying to get dinner here tonight I ordered dinner on the way home so that it would be warm once I got home the fries are old the burger is cold and made wrong ordered no pickles used my reward points for some of it paid for some of it I walk in and get told they don’t have potatoes right on par with the normal from them but since they don’t have potato’s I ask if they can refund the money for those and I get told no I have to do it on the app I ask how she says I don’t know customer service will do it I message no night agents available pops up so I try to call no one to answer the phone either I ask her how do I do it if they’re closed she said I don’t know I ask for two drinks that I forgot to order $7 for two drinks so I paid for dinner got COLD food no potatoes NO REFUND and I got charged for the drinks the least they could have done was hey I’m sorry drinks are on us tonight instead I get zero cares that we don’t have our food that we paid for zero apologies and spent more money I told her this is terrible customer service I have 15 years in management and I would NEVER handle a customers order this way let alone give them no solutions to resolve an issue and then charge them even more when I can’t refund them for the other shameful customer service shameful product quality it is absolutely unbelievable and trust me when I say it takes a lot for me to complain at this location I literally buy fries in case they don’t have potatoes every time we literally spend $30-$50 every...

Upon entering the drive through, we informed the order taker (who turned out to be the manager) that we had 3 separate orders. She rudely told us that we were only allowed to place 2 orders. One of my friends ended up having to walk through the drive through just so she could be served. I asked the manager at the window why my friend had had to walk through their drive through just so they would serve her. The manager offered no explanation or valid reason. She just said "That's just our 'rule.' I'm just doing my job" and practically threw my food at me. I understand that doing separate transactions in a drive through is inconvenient but since the dining room is closed people don't have a choice and one would think this would be taken into consideration. This manager and team clearly do not care about their customer service. It is unacceptable to make a customer walk through a drive through as this is dangerous.
