Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cedar City

Having grown up in Cedar my entire life I've seen this Taco Bell slowly slip into mediocrity. This has been tolerable over the past couple years but has finally reached a point that I am unhappy almost ever time I get food from here. I personally have a lot of issues with different ingredients in food and am sure to ask for these to not be included in my meal, but sure enough almost half the time the people working here can't be bothered to just follow what the screen in front of them tells them to do. The last two times I've ordered using their app I've encountered an increased wait time after I've showed up to their store. This last time was unacceptable, I ordered my food through the app about 20 minutes before showing up and then spent then next 23 minutes waiting for my food. While waiting I counted 18 cars that were served food through their drive through and with a business that has 6 signs outside encouraging one to order through the mobile app you would think they would focus on their customers that use...

We are from Wyoming and we went through the drive thru and ordered a few tostada's. When we got to the window the girl didnt say hi. She asked if we wanted hot sauce and i told her hot and mild, then she saw me smoking a cigarette and got upset and told us we werent allowed to smoke in the drive thru in the car. She then closed the window and started telling other employee's. They all started to look at us. She then brought the bag of food to the window and totally forgot about the hot sauce and didn't even say thank you. We did find out that in Utah it's the law to be 25 ft away but at the time we didn't know that. Beside it was no excuse for her action. She could have been nice about it and been polite to a customer but the only thing she cared about was me smoking on the passenger side of the care....

Unlike other places around Cedar, Taco Bell, is usually very fast and my intricate orders are always correct. My orders are usually very meticulous and they do it with no complaints or excuses. If for some reason, which is once in a blue moon, they may get it wrong, however they are quick to fix it, are not snarky with me, nor do any backlash for letting them know its wrong. As an apology, they usually give me cinnamon twists, for the wrong order. A+ service as usual. As compared to Maccas, which you must be a spawn of the underworld to get hired there, but only ketchup on my burgers, AS I WAS TOLD, is to hard for them and maybe i should go elsewhere.
