This place had amazing food when it came out. Best burgers ever. Their hot & spicy McChickens were always top notch. The best ones you will ever have. But recently, there has been an epidemic. Apparently, they hired a new guy or something and he puts as much mayo on the hot & spicies as he can. It ruins them. I like mayo, but when you put THE WHOLE JAR ON THE BURGER IT DOES NOT TASTE GOOD ANYMORE. This epidemic has also been happening with the Cheeseburgers. They put too much ketchup now. They need to give this new guy a retraining so he dosen't put the WHOLE JAR of KETCHUP/MAYO or whatever else on every burger. The kiosk machines are a different story. Each time you use them it is like a choice of fate if you get your receipt or not. 88% of the time you are not getting your receipt from the thing. The employees were pretty good, but it seems they fired 1 employee I really liked. The game tables are amazing and I am happy the kids are having fun and love the game tables. I also love how they decorate for things like the 4th of July. It is like its own little habitat in there when they have the music playing and it is only adults without babies crying all the way. It is an amazing experience. But, one time....... Not too long ago we went there AND IT WAS HORRIFIC! There were babies crying left and right and it sounded like the McWarII was going on in there. It sounded like air raid sirens left and right. This is not McDonald's fault, but that does ruin the good atmosphere they have going sometimes. If they didn't have the music and signage for the 4th of July and other events this would be getting a 3 star. But for the celebration and nice habitat of the events it...
Read moreI wanted to share my experience from my recent visit to the McDonald’s on Main Street on 1/23/25 at 11:30 AM. Initially, I thought about going to Taco Bell, but decided to use my birthday reward at McDonald's. When I got to the drive-thru, I was trying to decide on something new to try. The manager, Maria, got on the speaker and asked what I would like. I asked for a moment to decide, and before I could finish, she asked again, this time with a noticeably more sharp and unfriendly tone.
I mentioned that I would still need another minute, but her tone became even less accommodating. I then provided a code for a free fry, but she didn't acknowledge it or have it on the screen before trying to rush me forward. When I asked about the fry, she responded somewhat snarkily, saying I hadn't specified the size. However, she hadn’t asked for the size, nor given me a chance to respond before trying to push me forward.
Once I reached the window, I was disappointed to learn that Maria was the manager, and I found her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. The food was great, and the service from the other staff members was fine, but I left feeling frustrated and disrespected by the way I was treated.
I understand that anyone can have a rough day, but I don’t believe this type of treatment reflects the culture McDonald's aims to promote. For anyone looking for top-notch service, I would recommend the new McDonald's in town—I've had a great experience there.
I hope this feedback is helpful, and I trust you will look into it for future...
Read moreIt is a do it yourself McDonalds if you go in. We ordered at the kiosk and paid. We eventually got our food off of the food shelf, we never got our drinks or were told why they were t on the shelf either the food. After standing by the food pick up shelf for about twenty minutes my daughter finally talked to a real person. They said the drink machine wasn’t working. They never told us this was an issue when we ordered, or offered a solution when we didn’t get what we ordered and paid for. Zero communication. The employee walked away, again, we had to wait to get someone’s attention to get the drinks refunded (it had been almost 45-50 minutes by then, and was over $11 in drinks). Side note: There wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom or ketchup in the dispenser. For a person-less experience, you have to have someone filling the dispensers, and communicating if they can’t provide drinks when ordering at the kiosk. I totally understand glitches, at least let the customers know there is a glitch and offer a solution when needed. Really...
