If I could rate this location a negative 20 stars I would. I really don’t see why this location is even open anymore. Months ago when I went the employees were rude, they were out of soda and instead of fixing the machine or shutting it down they gave me syrup water and said nothing. Fast forward to the last 2 times my husband & I have tried to get an order from this location, the restaurant says open, lights on, signs says open - but no one is working, the doors are locked, no one at the windows or taking any orders from the drive-thru. Then TODAY (08/11/2025) we pull up to give this crummy place one last shot because we saw a car in the parking lot. Of course we assumed this meant there was at least one customer there being served. Pull up to the talk box to order - No one is answering. As we wait 5 minutes by the box, we see a female employee come out, lock the doors and run to the car that sat in the lot with two men up front in the driver and passenger seat. At this point we pull ahead to the windows - no one is there. We pull in to park and we go to check the doors because the big “Open” light is still on along with everything else in the establishment. But what do you know? Locked. This was at 3pm! At this point this has been MONTHS of nonexistent or horrendous service. Read morePoor service, will not ever go back. When I walked in, noticed 2 young male employees standing outside the entrance, thought it was unusual they'd be taking a break right at 5 pm. Not a single customer in the dining area (now realize that was probably a sign). No one at front counter, only employee was way in the back and didn't look up from whatever he was doing. After a couple minutes (literally), the mgr came to the front, had noticed me, and was talking on his headset when the employees who were outside came leisurly strolling in, one of them talking to the mgr on his headset, snickerering about the situation. He came to register and mumbled (barely audible) "whassup"! No apology from him or mgr regarding an unattended register and customer. One other customer came in after me, got his order before me (we both had ordered the Long John Silver's fish, which was done at the same time), looked in the bag and exclaimed "You forgot my side orders", which they had. I should have checked my take out order too, but was in a hurry. Sure enough, upon getting home I discovered the 3 meals I had ordered were screwed up as well, and the extra piece of fish I ordered and paid for not there! Read moreIt's one thing to mess up an order, it's another thing to be treated poorly by staff. However, it's entirely unacceptable to have food that tastes like it had been sitting for almost an hour, then got re-heated, and end up serving that to a customer. Ordered a 5 Pc. Tenders Box, which was supposed to have the Chicken Tenders, 2 Sides, a Biscuit, 2 Dipping Sauces, and a Med. Drink. 1 - I didn't get one of the two sides with it. 2 - Every single item in the combo tasted like I described above, even the chicken, which was extremely dry, and soggy, and the biscuit was hard as a rock, I'm pretty sure the neighbor kids could play hockey with it.
Before all that though, the Drive Thru Staff Member seemed like she didn't even know the menu, and I blame that for my 2nd side being missing.
Luckily, it seems the Manager at this branch is an excellent individual, as he took care of the issues for me over the phone. However, I will NOT be returning to this branch ever again, instead I'll use the other KFC near me that is only another 2 minutes of driving. I'm the type of individual that uses the "3 Strikes and You're Out", policy. Unfortunately, this was the 3rd time this year that major mishaps occurred.
I hope in the future the manager can find more competent...
