No flavor, so disappointed. We got a burrito bowl, a burrito and 2 steak tacos. Between the 3 of us, nothing was enjoyable enough to eat. We picked up our order before close, I called first thing on my lunch break today and the manager was very rude. I asked if I could bring back the full meals for a refund, and he laughed.
We are big foodies, this is not comparable to chipotle or anything I’d spend even a dollar on. It’s really just not good.
I was hopeful to try some of their sauces but after the bad customer service, I’m going to pass!
He wasn’t willing to do anything to make it right. (He said if I would’ve eaten in the restaurant he could’ve made it right, but the lack of seating and it being closing time made that not an option.) Again, I have the 98% uneaten meals to bring back. Bad management and customer service. Would’ve gotten a 4 star for good business. But please don’t waste your time unless you just love bland food, undercooked beans and a weird after taste. My honey loves cheese and said the cheese was way off tasting. My bowl with the salsa, sour cream, chicken left the nastiest after taste. I couldn’t keep eating.

Read moreListen, I can't stress this enough, once you eat at Pablo's, it is the gold standard by which you will judge all burrito places. I mean, it might ruin Chipotle for you.
Their burritos are the biggest, but more importantly, they're the best! You can get a 2lb burrito or their half size "Li'l Guy" burrito, which is still a large meal. If a burrito isn't your style, they also sell tacos and quesadillas.
They've got all the standard burrito filling options, plus they have over a dozen different salsas made from local ingredients, ranging from mild to super hot. Plus, they usually have some kind of seasonal fruit salsa available. And don't skip the grilled veggies! You'll pay a little extra to add them, but they're more than worth it. I don't know what they do to make grilled veggies so damn good, but boy are they.
If you like Chipotle or Pancheros or Qdoba, you have to...
Read moreI've been going there for years but, sometimes the new hires don't drain the beans thoroughly enough and I end up with a slopping wet mess sometimes they just dunk the salsa spoon in the juices (gathering no ingredients) and just make it worse. I've thought about going elsewhere many times as this seems to be a regular occurrence among most employees. It's gets the bag wet, gets all over your car and your clothes. Mind you this is on days they're dead. They just don't take the time to make a quality food item. Unless you get either of the managers as servers, I wouldn't recommend eating here. Also many times I've ordered an extra side and-- paid for it but didn't entirely receive it, instead just a handful as they mostly do not use the basket measuring system in place by the managers. The chicken is tasteless and the steak isn't any better. The salsa is always...
