Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

Vary Nice! I loved my pizza from the moment I ordered it, to the moment I got it 25 minutes later, to the moment I put it in my oven. I don't actually have an oven so I just microwaved each delicious slice individually. As I walked into the store I felt very welcomed, a very cute blond boy handed me my fresh pizza and I was in love (with the pizza not the hot boy). As I drove home the sturdy box kept my pizza safe and fresh. I loved the pizza so much but discipline is a very important thing to me so I made sure to only eat 1 slice a day, for a week. I would like to note that after 4 or 5 days the pizza did get kind of stale and had weird spots on it but that is probably because I put it in my cupboard instead of my refridgerator. So to sum up my complete experience with Poppa Murphy's Pizza. GREAT SUCCKECS! It was a straight up 5/5 expecience. I would reccommend this pizza to all of my friends. I would also erecommend this pizza to all of my family. I would also like to note that as a minority and as a member of the gay community, I felt extremely welcomed by them. So, to sum up my eperience with one sentence. Go buy pizza now from papas murphy pizza on university aveneue ceadar...

If Papa Murphy's can promote online sales w/o accepting ebt payments then why can they not honor this in store,especially when you order $80.00 in pizza,cheese sticks,dessert?now I'm from dsm and if they have a promotion online and ebt is used for pymt they always honor this @ store level since they don't accept ebt online for payment, but they do accept ebt!

Is Papa Murphy's is to cheap to incorporate this to their website especially with covid-19🤔, even Walmart has done this. Does this matter to Papa Murphy's of Cedar Falls?

We will see by this owners response as my order shld have been around $60-65 not $100,and poor customer service starts at store level, especially when I showed em the offers on Papa Murphy's website from "my phone" & explained I have experienced this b4 only once r twice from the dsm area & was accommodated based off payment methods not available, the staff still refused to listen almost as if they wld rather not have been dealing w/me! I suppose for a college town and the attitudes of employees here what...

I ordered a family size chicago pizza... Everything was fairly normal UNTIL my cashier sent in my pizza assembler. Emily was visibly upset & obviously angry. She started slamming my pizza together pushing old ingredients out of the way off the filthy food covered counter. I wondered how they could claim " gluten free" pizzas with so much cross-contamination. She picked up old cheese off of the counter and tossed it into the pizza sauce which would not work for a dairy-free person and certainly was not sanitary to begin with. She carelessly threw my toppings onto the pizza haphazardly & erratically. I wanted to run out of there to avoid this horrid experience... She finished my "Angry Pizza", and when I cooked it and cut into it, many of the slices did not have meat & the pizza was extremely dry!!! I will not be back for more "Emily's Bad Attitude" pizza... what a waste of...
