Starbucks — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

Ordered a Sugar cookie frappuccino. Received a cup of blended ice with what seemed like nothing else in it. It was solid white when it's supposed to be brown and tasted like straight ice with no flavor whatsoever. There was no espresso and no syrup. Asked the barista (her name was Amber) to remake it or give me a refund and she refused and argued with me saying she made it right. Went back and forth for way too long before she finally admitted she made the wrong drink. She said it could be remade and the other barista working asked if we'd like her to do it. I said yes, and the Amber piped up and said "no, I'll do it". So now I've voiced that I wanted someone else to make it and she was refusing to let that happen too. She made it wrong AGAIN. This time it was literally just ice and espresso with no syrup. I immediately spit it out after taking a sip cause it was so horrible. I gave up on this place and took the drink to the hyvee starbucks. I showed them the drink just to see if they could figure out what was done wrong. Their jaw dropped. They had no idea what I was holding in my hand. Told them what it's supposed to be and they said they don't know what I have but it's definitely not what it's supposed to be. Asked if they could dump it for me and it was chunky, so also not fully blended on top of being made 100% wrong. Hyvee offered to remake it free of charge and said they get ALOT of complaints about the one in target. Will...

Today ordered a grande Carmel Ribbon Crunch No Whip. When watching her start making my drink I noticed she sprinkled the Carmel crunch at the bottom of the cup which I have never seen. I quit watching at that point because I thought she was going to top it off with the Crunch since that’s how it’s made. Well when I received my drink it was very watery hardly and Carmel. I walked out of Target to my car and was drinking it as if I was drinking milk through a straw. It was not a Frappuccino in any way. No wonder why she sprinkled the Carmel crunch at the bottom of the cup first because if she would’ve topped the drink off with the Crunch it would have sank to the bottom anyway! On the way to my car I was about to turn around go back in to let them know this was made incorrectly and I wanted another on, I decided not to because they already had such a long line. I took a few sips and threw the rest away. Waste of $7. Someone needs to teach this girl how to make drinks. Next time I will not hold back. Hope she made everyone else’s...

Went to get my favorite drink. Its ALWAYS same price. For the largest ice white mocha. With 1 extra shot. It comes with whip cream. And I ask for caramel drizzle on top. The girl gave me the size down ans charged me $9.20!! Keep in mind I get these everywhere. In Target, Hyvee and independent stores. Its ALWAYS $8.45. When I asked why she said she had to up-charge me. Seriously. Then No whip cream. So I asked why? She said, oh we don't have any! Im done.
