Zsavooz — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

I happened to look at my bank account last night and see somebody use my credit card there and I haven't been there in over 8 months LOL so I went down there to talk to the owner and she wouldn't even come up and talk to me and today the charge went through on my account. Now can you tell me how that happens when you haven't been in a place for over 8 months??? I will be down there once again until this gets straightened out amazing you give somebody your credit card number and 8 months later you find out that obviously they're keeping credit card numbers otherwise explain to me how this happen cuz I'm really upset that she didn't come out and talk to me and take care of this problem when I came down to confront the owners. So let this be a lesson to all you patrons about giving them your credit card to hold while you drink it's...

Our server was rude before we even uttered a word. It was obvious to us she would have rather been somewhere else. We were seated on the patio. She sighed when we requested the table be wiped ... when we said thank (in a grateful, cheery manner), she failed to respond or even make eye contact. When our order came, it was slammed on our table, and her back was turned and she was walking away before a thank you could even be offered. Her manner never improved, even though attempts were made to engage with her in order to develop a more cheery dining experience. We normally tip 20%, we left 10%. I question whether we should have left even that. We have dined at Zsavooz many times; in large groups, small groups, and as a couple. This was the only truly bad experience...

Hidden gem in the cedar valley. Never even knew this place existed until a friend recommended it. The boneless wings are amazing. I got the Buf-A-Que and parmesan flavored wings and both were delicious. I got the jalapeno burger and it was also very good. They serve my favorite type of French fry, they are crispy beer battered fries. The seating arrangement is a bit odd but it really had no impact on my experience there. The staff seemed really nice. They messed up on my burger but they were quick to compensate me for it, even though I didn't even complain about it.

I will most definitely be back again, the food...
