🍪 Crumbl Cookie Review 🍪 I just visited Crumbl, and wow — what a sweet experience! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked cookies hit me in the best way possible. The shop was clean, bright, and modern, with that signature pink box waiting to be filled. Each week, Crumbl rotates their flavors, which makes every visit exciting. I tried the classic Chocolate Chip, the rich and gooey Peanut Butter M&M, and a chilled Sugar Cookie with that iconic swirl of pink frosting. Every bite was soft, thick, and indulgent — more like a dessert than just a cookie! What really stood out was how fresh everything tasted. The cookies were warm and perfectly baked — crispy on the edges, soft and chewy in the middle. It’s clear they care about quality. Staff were friendly, quick, and happy to explain the weekly lineup. Whether you want one cookie or a whole box to share (or not share 😄), Crumbl delivers. If you have a sweet tooth or just want to treat yourself, Crumbl is a must-visit. Just don’t expect to leave with only one cookie — they're impossible to resist.

The staff seemed like those types of animals trained to answer or act to a sound. The heard the beep of my order looked at their screen, barely performed the “Here’s your cookie” boxing and promptly left.

ZERO eye contact from anybody, ZERO verbal greeting.

Maybe it was a mixture of being one customer, an older man, in a business full of what looked like high school girls.

Picked up the free promo though. I like a lot of crumbl’s cookies, but those chocolate chips are way too mild flavored. Almost have no flavor.

A friend and myself received gift cards to crumble for Christmas. We pulled up to the Cedar Falls Iowa location, and the well lit store let us see everything happening inside. At first glance, it looked very clean, very white, and sterile. That is until we watched a woman packaging the cookies into boxes, lick her fingers and wipe her hand on her apron between each cookie she put in the box. We sat there for several minutes watching her lick her fingers over, and over again. She was not wearing gloves, nor a hairnet, with her long hair down her back. This was about 9pm on Friday...
