If I could rate a 0 I would. Anytime I order online and state “DO NOT TOAST” they still do, which is a separate thing. But my review is based off Wednesday the 27th of November (day before thanksgiving) I got a sub after grocery shopping for extra things I needed for the holiday because I didn’t want to cook the day before (my fault I guess for assuming I could get a quickish delicious sub even though I waited 15 minutes in line because of online orders (Do understand because I work at jimmy johns and we can get busy with Instore, drive thru, online pickups, and delivery even though subway just has pickup or instore or the occasional DoorDash)) Wasn’t told the price at first, asked, was told the computer was being weird, believed it because I work at jimmy johns (again as stated) and the normal questions for rewards and tips popped up. Got my receipt and asked why it was $20.94 for an footlong and chips. The girl said “oh you didn’t get two footlongs?????” I said “no just the one footlong BLT and the bag of chips as stated from the employee that told you I got a BLT footlong and bag of chips.” was really trying to be nice, she sighed and asked if I wanted a refund, I said please just for the one footlong as I was over charged. She rolled her eyes and got the manager. Manger was very pleasant and told me I would get my refund in 4 business days. Don’t blame him but has been a week and still haven’t gotten my refund. This location seems to have employees that rotate and have no idea what they are doing/dont care, I’ll take the extra 7 minutes to go to the university location as it’s right no matter if I’m ordering online, instore, or DoorDash where it isn’t even subway employees. The employees at university never roll their eyes or make you feel like an inconvenience for ordering at the job they are supposed to do. (Also I prefer subway over Jimmy John’s my job, so this is sad and Jersey Mikes that opens up is going to kill all of your business 10/10 with how poor this location is...

Hands down one of the friendliest employees that I come across working in a fast food type establishment in a long time.he just had a smile on his face when I walked in the door super friendly warm and inviting extremely quick in making my food and most importantly said thank you and told me to have a good night. I've worked in restaurant management for a long time and getting employees to understand the importance I'm thinking your guest when they leave it seems so hard to do and you can tell he does it all the time because it was effortless. So just a huge shout out to the staff at this location...

It's to pricey to pay for these salads as it is, and then to forget a pretty main staple ingredient.
