I did not get the phone from this store specifically. We ordered it through the US Cell app and when it was delivered we tried to activate it that evening. BIG MISTAKE. Had to call for support and received nothing but the automated roundy round back and fourth for 15 minutes. NO I AM NOT CALLING ABOUT HOME INTERNET. Finally got an actual human being on the phone. So for the next 40 minutes trying to understand them through the language barrier I was escalated to tech support.... 35 more minutes- they could not get it activated. So on my lunch break the next day I popped into this store. So glad I did. Daniel G. was my associate. I explained my dilemma, Within 10 minutes he verified myself and my account, called his contact and told me what to tell my daughter. By the time I left to go to my next service call my daughter called me and said her phone was activated. This was all accomplished in less time then the automated process last night before I was able to talk to a real person. Read moreI’ve been with us cellar for years, and this is the first horrible experience I have had. I called this store and Jacob answered blatantly rude, no hello, how was your day anything just horrible customer service. I than explain to Jacob my issue you cna hear his additude through the phone I was told to call a 1800 number about my issues with my Us cellar devices. What makes no sense what would they be able to do? I than ask to Speak to a manager because I felt like I wasn’t being heard and he hated his job obviously he than hung up the phone on me. I call back again and ask for a manager Jacob than stated he is the manager. WOW… how is this man the manager I thought. I was so frustrated at this point I just hung up I called one more us cellar store the waverly location I had it up to here wi4h Waterloo and Jacob’s adittude. Suprise suprise I talk to nice young lady and with in 15 mins my issue was resolved with no problems no adittude it was just how my first encounter should have went. I always dread the process of getting a new phone, but the customer service I received here was amazing - way better than I've gotten at any other location! Jacob S. was fantastic - he helped me make a decision on which phone would be best for me, found ways to reduce our monthly bill with the best deals, and made sure I knew exactly what I would be charged so there'd be no surprises down the road. He took the time to make sure my devices (I also added on Arlo cameras) were all set up as much as possible before I left the store - even though this made him stay past closing time. I really appreciated all his help and the time he took to make sure I was happy with everything, getting the best deal, and with minimal effort on my part! He definitely went...
