Great experience with this location! I had the pleasure of finally getting a meal at this location because a line is always wrapped around the building because the food is so good! Smile. The cashier was very kind when taking my order and the gentleman that delivered my meal was as well. They allow you to see your meal prior to leaving their location. However, I did not notice that I was missing a piece of fish. I called the location and spoke to a manager Imani and she was more than kind. She told me that I could come back and get the fish that I did not receive. Upon arrival today, I spoke with the manager Denyse and without hesitation she offered to replace my fish. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 STARS! She broke it down why she couldn't substitute the chicken for fish instead. I was so impressed with her customer service delivery skill.She still gave a deal that she could do, and satisfied it to perfection. She is young, vibrant and smart. She could take her skills and may not know it but could go in the hospitality industry and Soar with a great Career. Read moreI have went here several times since they opened this location and 95 %of the time the food has been hot other than lots of salt, but tonight I went here order 2 piece fish and shrimp dinner my fish was not done 🤮🤮🤮first bite and I almost threw up 🤮🤮🤮very disappointed $15 and some change and could enjoy my dinner . I went through the drive there which took forever once I got to the speaker and waiting for someone to say “ Hello welcome to Captain D’s may I take your order “ after waiting about a min or so I finally said Hello the young man RUDELY says order when your ready WHAT are you serious.
