I felt so flustered and upset bout time I left out of there today 5/10/2024 , upset I didn’t get the food exactly how I would like it , the wait time , the way the soda machine sprayed soda on me TWICE and all I got was a “she’ll be right over to fix the machine” , not a IM SORRY FOR THE WAIT, NO IM SORRY FOR THE SODA SPRAYING YOU HERES A TOWEL , NO WOULD YOU LIKE FOR US TO ASSIST YOU .. NOTHING !! You guys really dropped the ball today and my food was mediocre at best . I understand a large catering order came in but that’s why you have the adequate amount of employees to not only handle a busy opening but be on stand by for food prep and order creation , CHIPOTLE gets entirely too many customers for there not to be enough funds to accompany employees to accommodate for the area during busy times like ; opening , lunch rush and closing YOU GUYS NEVER DO , I was over charged today as well but I didn’t even say anything because you know why I PLANNED ON WRITING THIS REVIEW. I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service!! Horrible job today Chipotle ; let’s get the store hygiene together as well , food all over the place and bathrooms unkept , food stale THE CHIPS I GOT TODAY WERE SO DRY AND SALTY I COULDNT EVEN ENJOY THAT CRUNCH THAT THEY PUNCH .. 😔😔😔😔 this is why I don’t go to chipotle it’s an overwhelming experience everytime. I was going to complain abt the fact I arrived @ 10:33 when they open @ 10:45 my bad I’ll take that but once 10:48/10:50 gets here and you all were already in the building prepping , now we have an issue ; because I have now made it to the register and did not get my food started until 10:52 and then I had to wait another 5-7 minutes for you guys to “add a till” cool I get it ,,that’s opening for you but the other stuff AHT AHT CAUSE WHY YOU DO ME LIKE THAT AND I STILL...

I really hate having to write negative reviews and call corporate on fast food workers because they already deal with so much, but this place is just sorry. On 3 separate occasions that I've ordered from here, they have been out of veggies. First time I went and asked if they had more veggies, they called the line for more veggies AFTER it was already empty. So I sat 15 minutes for them. The young dude working there was playing around and not making people's orders and people were clearly getting bothered. While waiting he said "you ready to order? What you waiting on, or have I not made your order yet?" I said "it would be nice if you could," and he started moving around like he didn't know what to do. Shooting hoops in the trashcan with gloves and paper towels to the point where I said i'm good & have a nice day. The ladies next to me had to shout to get his attention cause he was too busy playing around to hear me. That was mid day. The 2nd time was earlier this week at 7:05 pm where they once again was out of veggies, but didn't plan to make more. How y'all not making new food with 3 hours left and a line behind me. Once again I politely said have a nice day and left.

This last time was the one. I did a mobile order so they could take their time making it and I wouldn't have to spend 30+ minutes in line (very consistently). They STILL didn't put veggies on it despite the order being 13 minutes behind pick up time. You literally have the instructions in front of you and you still can complete it? The sad part is the food is good, but they just are terrible at functioning. Go ahead and ask Ms Pepper for a live agent and file a complaint against them. Recently visited this store. The sign on door states open @ 10:45 am. I walked to the door at 10:55 and it was locked. The staff was inside and looked at me as they continued doing whatever they were doing. Fianlly a young lady came to side door and directed me to come in that door. She was mopping the floors and had earphones on and just happened to look up and saw me standing there. I realized that she opened side door because the floor was wet at front door. She was nice and very polite. I continued on to the counter, noticing they were still cooking meat and bringing out sides to fill trays. The food that was already in trays looked as though they were left from the day before. A lady was standing over the meat cooking with her back to the counter. I stood patiently as she finally turned around and said something to me and turned a walked toward the back. I said hey "excuse me, I didn't hear what you said," she continued walking without recognizing me at all. A 2nd lady came from the back and I started to tell her that the other lady said something to me but I did not hear what she said. The 2nd lady went to the back to ask her what was her statement to me. She came back and said the 1st lady said there is no brown rice ready and it will take about 15 minutes. I thanked her and told her that I would come back later. My question is if the store opens at 10:45 shouldn't all of the cooking and cleaning already be done...not just starting? When the store opens food should be ready to serve. The 1st lady was very rude and tried to give me a stare as I was leaving upon which I returned the stare. Will not return to...
