My daughter and I came in about 8:30 PM to order a late dinner. We were greeted by Jimiya, who was an absolute doll during our entire visit. The cashier, however, was completely and utterly rude and disrespectful!!!! They ran out of Chow Mein and orange chicken so we chose to wait until the cooks made some fresh. The cashier told me my total, and I politely told her my order isn’t complete and I’ll pay once I see that each of my three dinner plates are correct and complete. Her response was, “Well you can still pay.”….. I explained further and reiterated what I previously said. “I don’t fill comfortable paying yet until I see the noodles and orange chicken is cooked properly. Then I’ll have no problem paying, but I’m not going to pay for this until I know it’s complete.” She then looked at me, rolled her eyes, and asked, “Soooo, you’re just not gonna pay!!?”. My response was, “I have no problem paying once I see my order is complete and correct”. Now my reasoning for waiting to pay was logical because I observed the cashier mess up two previous customers orders that paid BEFORE. After 5 minutes the cooks yelled “CHOW MEIN READY!!”, signally to the line to get the large dish of noodles. The cashier deliberately moved my dinners from the line to the edge of the empty register. After waiting 2 minutes I asked when my order was going to be completed, and she lied and said they’re working on it now. Five more customers had been to the register after me, and I heard and observed the cashier be very short and unprofessional to the other guest (rolling her eyes and ignoring request). Jimiya noticed that I was still standing on the wall by the register and came to the cashier to ask what was going on. The cashier told her to leave her station to complete my order, while there was a line of customers waiting to be served. Jimiya ensured that all of my orders were complete, hot, and fresh; demonstrating exemplary customer service, swift critical thinking, and impeccable de-escalation skills. Even while tending to my request, Jimiya ensured to speak to each guest as they came to let them know she’d be right with them.

But on 4/30/2020 was a joke. There were no clear signs how they were running their business, rude as hell telling you to get out of their store go on the other side and put your order in on the computer screen, pay for your order stand on the other side of the store where there were already 10 other people waiting and trying to understand how to get their orders from the table they had near the door. They just go over there put your order down on the table and one of the 10 people needs to go in and read the ticket and see if their name was on it. Read moreThey were pretty quick on getting the order delivered! The food wasn’t even warm! The chow mein was cold, and extremely dry, and with a little to no flavor! The broccoli was so tough. You had to have a sharp knife to cut it, and it was cold! the eggrolls would’ve been good maybe yes they would’ve been warm or hot! And my main entrée, which was the orange chicken wasn’t even in the bag! I called panda express and they said that they weren’t responsible that the delivery person was supposed to check to make sure the order was complete and that I would have to get a hold of DoorDash! I called DoorDash and all they were willing to do was refund some of my money! If I could give them a zero, I would! I have deleted my membership and will never do business with this place again!
