Tried this place on Sunday evening, and it was pretty slow. The place was clean and had a nice casual ambiance with outside seating. I wasn't immediately greeted by the 2 people at the counter. But I overlooked that, and usually I don't. One was counting money and the other cleaning. A few minutes later, someone came out the kitchen and asked if I had ordered, then proceeded to take my order. I ordered a calzone, 2 chicken Florentine Stromboli's, bruschetta and a pepperoni slice; which seemed to take a while for a place that only had about 5 or 6 people. They had a couple of tv's with the game on so that helped. The food was fresh and not overcooked. The Stromboli's were pretty big for $11 and came with a hearty marinara. The bruschetta was flavorful and shareable. But I'm used to the bread being firmer with a crunch to it and this bread was soft and a bit chewy as it was more like a grilled flatbread still good though. I wasn't a fan of the piece of cheese on top as it was out of place but did add another layer of flavor. The Stromboli was cheesy and loaded with chunks of grilled chicken, fresh tomatoes, and spinach. Overall a good spot for some Italian eats.

Now I know, after trying most of the other joints, that this is the absolute best pizza in Dallas! The pizza I ordered the the stuffed meat lovers; The pizza itself, including the crust, is stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. The flavors are heavenly and expertly seasoned, and the boat of marinara that comes with a flavor like what your imagination tells you what old-world Italian actually taste like- so very good! It's a BYOB so my date and I brought some frosty Heineken's to enjoy with our meal. Definitely a date to remember, at our new favorite spot. Oh and service was excellent, staff was friendly and cheerful- no complaints. Highly recommend this if you have that serious craving for some really good pizza, and not the generic "other stuff." Thank you guys, we will be back. 👍 $

I tried Mo's for the first time and it was great! I was looking for a place to feed all the kids after the Christmas tree lighting, and we smelt the food while walking outside, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered a pizza to share. You can also choose to order by the slice. Their menu has lots of other options too like salads, pastas, paninis and subs. Our food didn't take long and was served at our table. The pizza was very good. The whole pizza was enough to feed 5 of us. All of the toppings tasted very fresh. Nothing was greasy. The servers were friendly too. We'll be back soon.

My family and I visited Mo's this evening. I was looking forward to a decent dining experience considering this restaurant has been at this location a while. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be disappointing due to a stark difference in the level of service I received compared to another table in the same proximity as ours. It's disheartening to encounter such inconsistencies. It left us with a negative overall experience and perception of this restaurant. As mentioned, I couldn't help but notice the contrast in service provided to the neighboring table. The neighboring tables’s food was brought out as you would expect. Their food was brought out on dishes, bread in a basket, etc. When being served it brought out by two to the staff and the chef. All the food was brought out together so all the guest could eat at the same time. A few minutes later staff returned to ask how their food was. Compared to our table. My wife was brought a salad then her pizza. While my son and I waited a considerable amout of time to be served. When our food was served, it was served on pizza tin pans. Not sure if it was suppose to be something quaint but it was a off putting to say the least. I seems like the way you would serve prisoners so they don't break the dishes. My son’s sandwich was served with chips that looked like they were scrapped from the bottom of a bag. My lasagna was served in a dish but on a pizza tin with two garlic rolls, rolling around on the tin. No one ever asked how our meal was was. During the meal, my wife ask one of the staff for red pepper flakes. He returned when she was almost finished with her food. I am not sure what the difference what the difference was between the other table and our table. I paid for my meal like they did before being served. My family was not causing a distrubance or issue. The same staff served everyone in the restaurant. It seems like we were an after thought to what ever was going on in the restaurant. The only obvious difference between the table getting excellent service and our table getting inferior service was race. You hate to think such things but the difference was more that obvious to us. Attemping to give the experince one more chance. I decided to try the gelatto. When being served the gellato at the counter I was not given a spoon. When I asked for one, I was told by the server that I should use one of the sample spoons. I have never seen that before. I couldn't believe that he expected me to use that to eat with. I asked another staff member to bring a spoon. The food here was ok. Definitely not good enough for me to risk taking another chance on given their level of service. As they say, "Your first loss is your best loss". My family and I will not be...

I recently dined at Mo's Italia Express, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The service at Mo's Italia Express is truly exceptional. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They took the time to explain the menu, offer recommendations, and ensure that every need was met promptly.

Now, let's talk about the food—simply divine! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with rich and savory sauces that showcased the culinary skill and dedication of the kitchen staff. The fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite. My personal favorite was the homemade lasagna, which was layered with a perfect blend of cheeses, meats, and a delectable tomato sauce.

The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The elegant decor, soft lighting, and soothing Italian music created a cozy and intimate setting that was perfect for a delightful evening out.

In addition to the main courses, the dessert selection was outstanding. I indulged in a classic tiramisu, and it was the perfect end to a fantastic meal. The creamy layers and delicate coffee flavor were simply irresistible.

Overall, Mo's Italia Express exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of exquisite food, impeccable service, and a charming atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. I can't wait to return and experience more of their...

Today was my mom's birthday so she recommended this place I drove there all the way from Houston so when we get there there was no AC !! no fans to accommodate anybody extremely hot inside it was actually cooler outside than it was inside . We decided to go ahead and stay we ordered our drinks but no straws! So we asked if they had any straws since there wasn't any available anywhere they simply said we're out! we moved to a table away from the window since it was so hot in there our food finally came except for my plate so we ask for hot sauce goes good with that type of food pizza, lasagna etc. And again they said we are out!! At this point 35 minutes have passed and I still have not received my plate but everyone else had so everybody was about to finish eating before I finally got my plate. after asking where it was since they had forgotten to bring it to me . My plate of lasagna is supposed to come with bread but it was just a plate with just lasagna in it no bread so we had to ask for the bread ask for more bread since by the time they brought me a plate there was no more bread for me and I had to ask for it twice for them in order for them to bring me bread for my plate which actually comes with my lasagna! Experience horrible service but The food was good !but I will not go...
