I've been a regular at this Starbucks since they've opened... it used to be the best one around since they were more focused on making the customers happy and making sure people in line got acknowledged and got customer's drinks started even before they got up to the register. That was under the old management. The new management seems to be more focused on their tasks and getting stuff done in the back. For example, there will be three baristas at night, one making drinks, one cleaning, and one doing what ever they do in the back. You order a cup of coffee, nothing complicated, the person cleaning takes your order and goes back to cleaning. While the person making drinks is slammed because the drive thru is 3 cars deep, yet the person cleaning doesn't offer any help. So you have to wait an extra 5 or so minutes until the person who is delegated to make drinks can pour you your cup of coffee. It'd be great if they got back to focusing on the customers first rather than getting things done. Specially when it's just coffee that you order and not a fancy complicated drink. I give three stars since its still a great place to meet folks from different backgrounds and to get to meet people in the community. I just wish the level service was back to where it used to be. That said, there are some awesome baristas there that takes care of their customers first, they know who they are, so I'm not gonna name names. Those guys rock! The others should...
Read moreSo..... my cousin and I went in to get drinks made. My cousin had a complicated order and she was charged different on different visits. She wanted a Decaf caramel frappuccino. We explained what she wanted. Ashley was the cashier. She was sweet and I can tell we may have vexed her. Butvthe girl working the Frap bar had an attitude at the start. She kept asking what time they close, why they won't close til then.... basically she didn't want to be there. She claims her name is Kayla. She didnt have on a nametag so i cant be certain. She is a black girl with a boot on her foot. So the first time she made it, she made it without the coffee as a syrup base. Second time Kayla made it, she put no syrup in the frap. We felt like it was purposely done. I went back to Ashley, apologized for the returning of the drink again but the order wasn't right. Explained how it should be made. While we were asking for a redo, Kayla was pumping about 8 shots of caramel in the blender bowl, and pouring shots. She did it with attitude. She made it for the third time and left the cup covered in caramel on purpose. Being as I have worked for Starbucks before, that's unacceptable. My cousin asked for decaf because she's breastfeeding. How do we trust she used decaf coffee. I will be speaking to the district manager.... If I asked for a drink and I pay $6 for it, it should...
Read moreI am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Starbucks. If I can give this place 0 stars I would!! When my sister and I entered the store, neither of the two employees working acknowledged our presence. We stood waiting for quite some time without so much as a greeting or an assurance that someone would be with us shortly. One employee even made direct eye contact before looking away, without addressing us. When we were finally helped, there was no apology for the wait. My sister requested a Mango Dragonfruit, only to be told it was unavailable. At that point, I noticed a third employee emerge from the back, which made it clear that being understaffed was not the issue—it was a matter of poor customer service. I ultimately chose not to place an order because of the negative experience. The lack of acknowledgment, the dismissive behavior, and the unavailability of items left me with the impression that this location is poorly managed. I strongly urge Starbucks to address the management and customer service standards at this store. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless...
