Gringo's Cafe & Catering — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

Nearly every Wednesday I purchase the taco buffet and take a container to go, and take enough food for 5 tacos. That doesn't seem to be excessive given that the sign specifically says "All You Can Eat Taco Buffet $7.50 Tax and Drink included" and I don't come back for refills.

However, today I was pulled aside and asked not to take so much food. The employee I spoke to made an effort to be polite about it, but seemed to think that I piled my plate too high when I purchase food. I had previously heard employees talking amongst themselves, making rude comments about me when I came, but had chosen to ignore it as long as an issue wasn't made because this is the closest place to my work to get food.

I don't appreciate being told I eat too much at an all-you-can-eat-buffet. An appropriate response would be to raise the price of the buffet if my five tacos were somehow harming the business' profits, and I would have been happy to pay it. The food is decent and tasty.
