OMG WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A FAST FOOD JOINT. IT WAS 12:37 PM WHEN I MAD MY ORDER. THE PLACE WAS NOT BUSY BY NO MEANS BEING LUNCH HOUR. THE FIRST CASHIER JUST STARED AT ME. I SAID SMILE. SHE WAS REPLACED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME. BY KEEPING MY CHANGE I HAD COUNTED OUT ANYWAY I USE A CANE SO I HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS TO SODA FOUNTAIN FOR KETCHUP AND NAPKINS TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THE LG WHOPPER JR MEAL I PAID ALMOST 6 $ FOR. THE BUN WAS COLD LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE FRIDGE. KETCHUP AND MAYONNAISE SLOPPED all OVER THE THING. THE TOMATO WAS NOT EVEN ON THE BUN FRIES WERE COLD AS WELL AS THE 10 PIECE OF CHICKEN NUGGETS. I SAT IN THE BOOTH AT THE BACK OF STORE IN DISBELIEF THAT I ALMOST CRIED. THE EMPLOYEE THAT TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME COME BY AND I POLITELY ASK FOR A REFUND. SHE DUMPED THE ENTIRE MEAL IN THE TRASH. I WENT TO COUNTER I WAS MET BY (DAWN) The mgr. I WAS TOLD THAT I TOLD HER TO THROW THE MEAL IN THE TRASH. SHE WAS PRACTICALLY HOLLARING AT ME IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. I TOLD HER ABOUT HOW THAT IS NOT HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMERS. TO MAKE A LONGER STORY SHORTER. I WAS NOT GIVING A REFUND AND I DARN SURE DID NOT WANT IT REPLACED. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS 20 MINUTES AGO WHEN I MADE MY ORDER. I HAD (UGLY) WORDS WITH HER WHILE LEAVING THE PREMISES. CALL THE POLICE DAWN ON A MATTER THAT THE POLICE WOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM FAR MORE SERIOUS MATTERS THAN A CUSTOMER WHO WAS TREATED LIKE A HOMELESS PERSON. YES INDEED I WAS. I SUPPOSE IT WAS BECAUSE I WALKED FROM VISION FOR LESS DOWN THE STREET. MY CANE AND WILPOWER I MADE IT TO BK. FIGHTING THRU THE PAIN OF A TORN ROTATOR CUFF AND TORN CARTLIDGE IN MY ANKLE. BOTH ON MY LEFT SIDE. TO BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT 💔 IT BROKE MY HEART. I NEVER WANT TO GO TO VISION FOR LESS OR WALMART AND BURGER KING ON BLAIRS FERRY RD IN CEDAR RAPIDS IOWA EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE AND I WILL NOT. I HOPE THE MGR. But on 12/6/21 my daughter ordered from uber eats she ordered 2 meals one 3 piece exrta crispy with 2 mac and cheese. Got1 small leg 1 thigh 1 wing and 1 breast but had ordered all dark meat and got 1 mashed potatoe with hardly any gravy and one biscuit no butter. But no mac and cheese the second order was suppose to be a 3 purce dark original with 2 mac and cheese but the second order we did not even recieve the 2nd meal. So I guess my issue is kfc employees are responsible for making and packing up the meals so who put in the one mashed potatoes instead of the 2 mac and cheese and even still who put the very little gravy on the potatoes? What happend to the whole 2nd order? Who's responsibility is it to make sure the orders are made correctband it is all in the bag? Should someone be making sure that uber is leaving with EVERYTHING??? Does not seem right that kfc is getting paid for and not providing the full correct order the uber driver who brought the food said that is what kfc gave me so some one is really messing up on our money. Read moreThe Cedar Falls IA KFC is an unfriendly, non family atmophere, with rude employees! We were met at the door by an already annoyed employee before we entered the building. When ordering i asked if our 3 piece could be all legs and I got a "we'll see" as an answer. What kind of answer is that from an employee? When we recieved our food we found out the answer was no. And we were told we could not order anymore legs. (We found out they were wrong by ordering them on the app and getting them) Sorry, turns out kids are picky and don't want thighs. We would have ordered different if we were told no to the 3 piece being all legs. We asked for 6 drinks, got 2 and were told "that is what you paid for" We were threatened to be kicked out because a few of our kids were getting bored waiting for our last kid to finish his legs that he got much later than everyone else got their food.
