More Flavors Hoagies — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

I come in a few times a month with my wife and from the start I happened to just stop by and see the place and I didn’t think much on it honestly I was a bit skeptical due to it being my first time and it being a smaller atmosphere I will admit but I started talking to the cook and he was really nice and cool. When me and my wife got the food we devoured it. Some of the best food I had in the longest time, now my wife practically begs to come here about once a week she’s asking. It’s a good place for a date nice especially if you’re looking to try something new. I always get the steak hoogie with fries and my golly is it good and my wife gets the loaded fries and I’ve never been so fully in my life and I’ve brought my friends and father here and they have all enjoyed it!! This is a tiny little place up the street from newbo. The place is not fancy but serves its purpose. We stopped by here around lunchtime on a Weds. We ordered a super steak hoagie with fries and a sweet chicken hoagie with fries. We spent around $30 for our meals. It was freshly cooked. We took it to go and when we sat down to eat, the food was still hot and fresh. The fries are fries, nothing super special about them but good. The sandwiches though were awesome. They were hot and juicy. The veggies were still had a bit of crunch in them. I highly recommend going here and getting the hoagies. Both my friend and I were very impressed with the sandwiches and will definitely be going back again and again. My husband and I picked some sandwiches up for supper after seeing an ad on google. We both ordered the hot sandwiches, the super steak and the sweet chicken in small. The sandwiches came with fries. It was the perfect serving size for us. This is by far the best hot sandwich we have ever had. The bread was really good, the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We got the sauce on the side and dipped the fries, and the flavor is just something else. It so incredibly unique, I would go back for just the sauce.
