Bill insurance $5 for meals that "looked like somebody stopped there" as my grandfather would put it, you call and they treat you like a burden - rude delivery drivers: I think this is leftover food from the School Lunches/Summer School Meals programs just repackaged. Even the bird's won't eat the accursed pancakes they give people five of per week for breakfast. They're supposed to give a person Emergency Meals for when the weather bad in the winter, it being Iowa - never see 'em...terrible company. No Pork or Low Salt?...

It is nice of meals on wheels to deliver extra meals on Thursday......but it would be nicer if the deliver puts the meals in the freezers for some of their handicap clients instead of leaving them in the brown bag for 3- 4 hours before a relative of one of your clients comes over and finds it and ends up having to throw it away because it is not edible to eat...

The program has great intentions. Food is good for those who get it. I have been trying to contact someone for 3 weeks to get.my brother signed up. Not so much as a return phone call. I even enlisted the help of his apartment building without success....
