I live in Chicago, spent a few days at the Washington house. Apon a outside walk you can smell the coffee ☕️ beans being Roasted . The smells carry you to there front door. Every morning my first stop was my morning coffee... believe me their is nothing like it. The owners are easy to talk to, the staff is pleasant to deal with. This coffee ☕️ has me hooked. That was six years ago.... I will go back for a visit, mabe in the fall for German fest. We are now in 2024, till this day I wake up and brew their coffee. I place my order with a gentleman named Andy. I order four bags of four different coffees ☕️ and have them shipped to Chicago. Now I'm not saying it's cheap to get, however quality comes with a price. Minimum order 12 bags of my choice three times a year. Next time we take a ride out there, I do want to stop by and put a face behind the voice. Andy is a great guy. I hope this helps any one who enjoys coffee as much as I. Thanks for...
Read moreWhen I lived in Cedarburg many years ago, Tammy & Randy had just opened their Cedarburg Roastery,I would stop every morning for coffee and a delicious baked good made by Tammy's Mother before I trekked my way to my design job at Paul Weise Furniture & Interiors in Milwaukee, I had to eventually move back to Connecticut to assist my elderly parents but I would fly back to Wisconsin and to Cedarburg to assist clients on ongoing design projects. I was always cheered to come into the Roastery for that freshly roasted coffee and the warm greetings of their staff. Recently in July 2021. I made a trip back to good ole Cedarburg where again I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have another delicious cup of their freshly roasted coffee and a scone although Tammy's Mother is now looking on from her heavenly post the baked goods are almost as good as they were when she made...
Read moreThe place doesn't enforce its own rules regarding masks. Sign on door asks you to wear a mask and shop will even give you a mask if you don't have one...however, watched 2 maskless twenty somethings walk in and get served without being asked to wear a mask. Another customer took note and ended up leaving without her purchase after staff/owner? gave her money back after she complained stating the pandemic is not over. Very disappointed to see this especially since a mask sign is posted on the door. Either enforce your rules or take down the signs so people know what they are entering in to...very confused on the shop's stance since the staff all wore masks. Since I'm fully vaccinated, i wasn't as worried, but these girls weren't following the flow taped out on the floor either. I'm a nurse that has cared for covid patients that have died and this visit was very...
