Service was poor at best. We waited an hour for dinner no appetizers. Taco at 4$ a piece do not compare to other new restaurants in the area with no option to mix and match. Plus no differentiating or unique flavors. Margareta somewhat tasty but nothing special. Chips and salsa which was supposed to be special wasn't first batch cold, second so greasy couldn't eat them. The only savior was enchiladas mushrooms and spinach. They did allow ordering half green and half red sauce. I think the manager appeared at some point but never identified herself as such and didn't ask how the meal or staff was. We think the waitress may have quit or been fired as we couldn't locate her at any point after taking our initial order. Word of mouth brought me in and maybe there is something I'm missing. May want to come back during the week when can get proper attention and service. 50 minutes ticket times not impressive.

Do you like extremely over priced mediocre food? Then this is the place for you! The picture is of the queso fundido, which serves maybe 2 people, but is advertised as a “table shared” food. Good try sir. Just because you have a restaurant in Cedarburg doesn’t mean you need to act like a north shore Nancy and expect everyone to pay obnoxious prices like $19+ for an entree with an up charge for sides. Side note: don’t get the Paloma it tastes like soap. Any who, lime cantina is more like lame cantina. P.S. If you sit outside it smells like garbage because there is a garbage bin conveniently 20 feet away. Honestly could keep going on how much this place stinks, but hopefully my point has been made by now to whoever owns this place.

We originally stopped into the Lime Catina for a drink, because it looked like it had a fun atmosphere with live music on the patio, Best decision of the day. Not only were the margarita flights amazing, the food coming out looked so good we decided to stay for lunch and eventually coming back again for dinner. We had everything from tacos to chicken wings and it was all delicious. To top it off, all the workers/owners were very attentive and friendly like you were a regular they see daily. We felt very welcome and will definitely return soon.

Is this a one-star restaurant? No. Did I have a one-star experience? Yes.

This place has live music on Friday and Saturday, which a lot of people seem to enjoy. But, the volume was too loud. Not crazy loud; I measured 90 decibels. But too loud to have a conversation with your dinner companions. In our case, we were having a 70th birthday dinner, and conversation was impossible without shouting or constantly having to repeat yourself.

The band was fine, and the music would have been perfectly enjoyable at a lower volume. But, it was too loud for dinner music. I mentioned it to the server, she said they would ask the band to turn it down. Later, the manager or owner (I assume) came by and asked how everything was. I said the music was too loud, she said they had asked the band to turn it down, and that was the end of the interaction.

At no point were we offered a table inside, but It didn't look like they could have accommodated us in there anyway.

As I said, a lot of people seemed to like the music, but they would have liked it just as well as a lower volume. This band acted like they were giving a concert instead of playing dinner music.

It's a risk, as a restaurant owner, to have live music. If you're not willing to tell the band to turn it down, then you're accepting that some of your customers will have their dinners ruined. If you're trying to create a concert atmosphere, fine, but make sure you mention loud live music when people are making reservations. As far as I know, that did not happen in our case.

So, if you're considering trying this place, and you want to be able to actually talk with the people you're dining with, avoid Fridays and Saturdays or ask for a table inside.

But, I wouldn't recommend it. For me, the food was OK, but the service was below average (server spilled a whole drink on her tray, my wife never got the wine she ordered, the wrong drink was brought to the table, and I had to ask for water for the table). Maybe the server couldn't hear either...? There was also some mention by the server of a desert for our guest of honor (birthday girl) that was never followed up. You can do better...

I have been here a few times and won’t be returning ever again. The few times that I have been there we have attempted to order drinks at the bar and the staff was unfriendly and not attentive, to the point the bartender asked us to go down to the other side of the bar to get the drink he had just poured (the bar wasn’t busy) I thought this was totally a bazaar request considering we were there to be served. Last night my friends and I walked into the bar and sat down and after 10min of totally being ignored was I was very rudely told and singled out by the bartender that she didn’t want to serve me specifically and literally pointed me out in front of the entire bar. Not only was this totally uncalled for as It was embarrassing to be spoked about like this in front of other patrons, it was completely uncalled for as I had done nothing but sit there politely conversing with my friends. It is the restaurants right to refuse service to someone and i respect that but this was not warranted and handled in a confrontational matter and I’m not sure why. We had our names in for a table and after they decided to serve us a round of drinks they conveniently left out that they weren’t going to serve us for the rest of the evening putting it on our very young server to relay the information which was unfair to put her in the situation. They could have just been upfront when they sat us. I have never been refused service anyplace EVER and am a very respectful person. If I was out of line it would honestly be a first. I never write bad reviews being a previous small business owner but I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt a few times now and this was the last time. There are amazing places to eat around town and will be taking my money and...

Very sad. Our bill was $70.19. Sorry. This was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant and the waitress was very nice and that’s about it the soup the Mexican soup was good the dipping sauce and the free tortilla chips were very good after that it went downhill I had shrimp tacos that were soft all that were in there was a dried up taco that was soft and shrimp the shrimp itself was good but nothing else it came with the tiny little container of chopped up cucumber and cilantro The lime condiment sauce was good but there was a very small amount of it no rice no lettuce no tomato anything that would complement a taco was not fair it was just a shriveled up warm-ish taco which was really small and shrimp that’s it another member of my family had a I believe a salad of some sort it proceeded to come with a huge amount of lettuce corn The salad was $14 on its own when the waitress said do you want chicken beef or whatever she said chicken we assume that it would come with the meal however it was an extra five dollars the chicken was dry not moist at all it looked like hard to chew it look like it was some sort of blackened chicken but I just think it was just burned so her salad came to $19 and she said it was awful tasteless nothing just lettuce a bit of corn and some beansI ordered a margarita a tiny one that came to five dollars I’m sure it was just a mix and it was nothing special the two seltzer drinks that I had were five dollars apiece and those are fine but nothing we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning it was an expensive meal that was absolutely tasteless and no effort was really put into this...
